"Als Erstes wurde uns ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum AC-Schacht, defekter Dusche und defektem TV gegeben (gebucht war ein Meerblickzimmer mit Balkon). Am nächsten Tag wurde das Zimmer auf unsere Beschwerde hin getauscht. In diesem Zimmer (mit Balkon, dieser aber ohne Möbel) gab es eine defekte Klimaanlage, aber einen Ventilator, der uns ins Zimmer gestellt wurde. "Die Anlage ist schon etwas älter, aber sauber und ordentlich. Für ein paar Tage auf Fogo ausreichend, wenn auch nicht besonders charmant oder komfortabel. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, empfehlenswert!"

"house is still a construction side, even if you know, that water is scarce there, the installation of the whole water distribution system is not finished. actually no water availabe, to take even a cold water shower,water for toilet flushing only in a barrel , to be taken out by hand. bed not ok. very basic kind of breakfast. To ebookers: to offer this place on your side is not a proof of good quality management . We moved out next morning and cancelled the stay then."
