Apesar do check in ser bem demorado, segundo o atendente era instabilidade no sistema e no check out ter aparecido um valor pendente de pgto que nao existia, ainda sim, acho que o custo benefício é interessante para quem tiver compromissos nessa região.

Bom atendimento, porém poucos funcionários, o que prejudica o serviço. Como loquei o apartamento para minha família, 4 pessoas, estava equipado apenas para 2 pessoas, estava faltando toalhas, sabonete, Shampoo, etc. Também pedi travesseiros extras, pois dormimos com travesseiros mais altos, o que não foi disponibilizado, porque informaram que o hotel estava com lotação máxima. Quanto a limpeza, a primeira impressão que estava tudo limpo e cheiroso, porém derrubei um objeto no chão e ao procurá-lo embaixo das camas estava muito sujo, limpeza que não é feita a bastante tempo.

Bom hotel

Foi uma hospedagem tranquila. Nada de excepcional. Bom atendimento, limpo, boa cama (lençois poderiam ser um pouco mais compridos, conforme nos mexíamos na cama escapavam do colchão), chuveiro bom. Café da manhã bom. Tudo que um bom hotel deve oferecer.
