"It has been the best accomodation environment during my trip to Taiwan. The forest and streams of valleys around hotel and hotel design were all beautiful. "An amazing hotel with fantastic amenities. The open air hot spring as well as the hot spring that came with the room was absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and high quality, and there are a lot of things to do at the hotel that we didn’t feel the need to leave. Would recommend and would stay again should we come back to Yilan!"

"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. "Breakfast was in a separate building from the hotel which wasn’t great. Limited breakfast options. Hotel exterior was a little old and dirty, and to check into the hotel it would also be in a separate block which was confusing at first.
