"amazing hotel week stay staff made you so welcome and went out their way to make stay holiday never forget will definitely recommend and sure we be booking next visit to bali"

"The hotel is exactly what we hoped for. It’s authentic and elegant, the rooms are spacious and the staff are professional. We will definitely return."

"Just loved it, this is our second time staying"

"We had such a lovely stay. Great service and a stunning property. Decent location in sanur but we really enjoyed hanging out at the hotel and my kids loved the pool."

"Gorgeous hotel and facilities and a great location."

"They took care of me it's Paradise"

"Beautiful"

"huge pools and great rooms"

"I chose this property because it had a high rating of 9.4. The main issue I had was the water supply that turned my white flannel dirty black the first time I used it. I spoke to the manager who said that there wasn't anything he could do about it. Not pleasant showering in it."

"Good location and liked the private access to beach. Unfortunately, the man at reception tried to over charge me for a ride. Not once, but twice. I felt because I was a foreigner that he was dishonest. Learned a lesson to book my own ride. The rooms were small and dark, smelled like mold. Not worth the money. Do better and be honest with people."

"The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were always smiling! The air conditioner in our room was leaking water onto the floor on our arrival. We reported it and it was fixed immediately. The tv did not work but on reporting it, it was replaced by another. The tap in the wash basin was extremely loose but was attended to after we reported it. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a very good job!"

"Third stay at the Ellora Villas and still amazing. Lovely villa, stunning pool, great location and amazing friendly efficient staff. Thank you we will be back."

"100% worth the money!!!!!"

"I LOVED this hotel! It's so clean, the room had no musty smell that some of the other places I stayed had which I was relieved about. The room is big, the pool and nature around the property is gorgeous. I had a delicious fruit and watermelon juice breakfast. Its across the street from Icon Bali which is wonderful, but its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the beach and everything you could need from here. I would def stay here again."
