Breathtaking view, top notch facilities and service. They allowed us to stay for a couple of hours extra for no extra charge and transportation to airport was free. We were treated like royalty.

Excellent location with the best views. Kostas was so helpful and informative. This place was the best place to stay in. Lots of room with jacuzzi and large sitting area. All rooms were large and felt like a home. Plenty of restaurants everywhere. Have stayed in Fira and Oia in past but Imerovigli is #1.

The place is super nice and comfortable, we had all that we needed to make our stay pleasant. Costas the host was very helpful and replied to our messages promptly. The breakfast they provided was great and delicious, fresh squeezed orange Juice, fresh fruit, bread, eggs and local pastries. Leda was great keeping the place nice and clean. There is a nice place to eat close by called “Let’s eat” food was delicious and staff very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Great value for money

Location. You are in the middle of action. Easy to get a taxi to go to either Oía or Fira. Supermarket in the corner just to get your basic needs. I was traveling with kids so it was convenient to get milk, water etc. Freddie was very communicative and he helped us with our luggage and arranging transport to go to the ferry. They also provided breakfast every morning. The room was very spacious. We were a family that travel for a wedding and some of the bridesmaid came in to get ready because it was more confortable. It was a great value for the price. Recommend!

Amazing place

Great apartment with an awesome view. Plenty of room for my wife and I and did I mention the view? We would have breakfast on the patio or a glass of wine in the evenings and watch all the people stop in front of us to take pictures. The view is of Imerovigli to Fira and the Caldera. The entire staff is top notch! From Kostas picking us up at the airport ( our flight was late) to our wonderful housekeeping staff (who stocked us with breakfast and snacks) it was what you wanted from a vacation. Imerovigli is the perfect place to settle in- between Fira and Oia, makes it the perfect place to relax.

Fabulous!

Kostas was a fantastic host. He took care of us from check in to check out. All of our needs were met & we enjoyed every moment in the Santorini Mansion. Highly recommend.

Santorini Mansion is a fabulous place to spend a few nights on Santorini! It is clean comfortable and beautifully positioned to watch the sun set and to have a great meal. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed in the traditional cave house. The room was beautiful but the washrooms were small. The view was breathtaking. Kostas and Tamara were amazing. The service was exceptional. B&B con vista meravigliosa ad Imerovigli,Santorini

Alloggerete in una tipica costruzione greca di Santorini, in uno dei posti più belli e costosi dell’isola, Imerovigli, da dove la vista della caldera è unica. Si tratta di un ottimo B&B quindi non aspettatevi gli standard di uno dei tanti resort di lusso di Imerovigli. Se amate la privacy vi consiglio l’appartamento superior, in quanto il B&B è lungo il camminamento principale di Imerovigli e i due appartamenti al piano terra sono un po’ in vista... ma non preoccupatevi perché saranno tutti ad ammirare il panorama che voi potrete godervi comodamente dal vostro terrazzino o dalla vostro lettino.

It would be nice if it was like photos

Our room had no windows but had a clean patio where we could see ocean and it was possible to have a breakfast at there.  But front of the patio was pavements and  there were no end of walking people. That's why we couldn't feel comfortable even if for a while and we had to stay in the dark room without window. And our room had a Jacuzzi, but it might not have been changed the water. Moreover the sink in the bathroom smelled badly. I need to say that the accommodation didn't match the price even if it was in top season. Of course I know Santorini is expensive comparing with other city in Greece, but I need to say that. The other many reviewers discribed good comments to them, but this is my honest impression. Fortunately there was one good exception. The young lady in reception was very kindly and thoughtful for us.

Not a mansion and not worth the price

The Santorini Mansion was nice but certainly not a mansion and not a 4 star hotel. It is more like a flat or apartment. The view was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. They have no parking (though they advertise "free parking". There is not even a road by the apartment and there are a bunch of steps outside to climb to get to street level. Parking is where ever you can find it on street level and that can be quite a challenge. The apartment had a not so good odor. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled badly. The showers have no way to get in and out without being exposed and one of them has a clear door to the bedroom so there is no privacy. We went at end of July and the price was astronomical for what you are getting.

Tamara made our stay. She didn’t just fulfill our requests, she anticipated them. Kostas was very accommodating on our check out and any other requests. The view from our patio was the one that walkers on the footpath in front of our hotel photographed.

Excellent location, Superb Customer Service/Views

Stayed 17-23 Apr 2018. Superb Customer Service. We had a very late arrival, Mr. Kostas was nice and stayed late, met us and guided us to the hotel since we we rented a vehicle. View is amazing! We saw cruise ships, best unobstructed sea and mountain views as far as you can see. Wonderful staff: Irma and Tamara prepared lovely fresh breakfast which we enjoyed on the patio with the lovely scenery and romantic watching people walking by, stopping to capture the views by taking photos! Love the jacuzzi tub, enjoyed it very much! Superb location: close to two supermarkets, rental car, bike, pharmacy, cafe, and great restaurants. Highly recommend Anogi restaurant. If you're not on a limited budget, recommend Avocado. We're there before the peak season so if you decide to rent a vehicle be aware parking is limited. Absolutely recommend!

What a memorable experience

Santorini is undoubtedly one of the best places to see and visit. We had a great time. Our stay at Santorini Mansion was memorable The person in charge, Kostas, was great. Picked us up at the airport and gave a thorough walk through and f the amenities. The second night he transferred us to the other property Merigliosso which was excellent. Wound recommended this property. It’s worth to take the day tour of Santorini. Spend time in Fira and Oia

Amazing and the view!

This is totally worth every cent jist for the view! The rooms are huge and the people are amazing! They were there to help with anything. Kostas gave us free airport transfers as well as free lifts into Thira which saved us €10 each way. He even brought my husband and I dinner to our door when my husband was sick and we couldnt leave the apartment. As we went in low season, all restaurants are closed and the only thing around is the corner store. Still didnt ruin our time. Overall fantastic stay

Absolutely incredible place! The views alone are worth every penny, right out your front door! The apartment is huge and the people are so helpful. Kostas made our trip so much better and easy. Offering free transfers and lifts into Thira. He would call and check in and he even brought my husband and I dinner one night as my husband was very ill and we couldn't leave the apartment. We absolutely loved breakfast each morning on the patio!
