The highlight of Santorini was this hotel/spa. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated with absolute royalty. I can’t say I’ve ever had better service anywhere and I’ve traveled quite a bit. Santorini is a beautiful island, and this place is absolutely worth it. Additionally, the food and cocktails were amazing. 10/10 I’d highly recommend.

Great for a romantic get away

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. The staff was very friendly and supportive, they arranged everything we needed via whatsapp. We had a room with our own pool and I can highly recommend that. The room was spacious and elegant with no disturbance in any way from other visitors to the hotel. The breakfast was fresh and really nice. I can highly recommend this hotel to couples for a romantic get away.

Our stay was fantastic from the moment we arrived! The staff are all very professional with great warmth and friendliness. The spa facilities are amazing, our suite was exceptional with fabulous views over North Santorini and our own infinity pool. The food was out of this world! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. We hired a car but Pyrgos town is easily walkable and has a few restaurants to choose from. This was one of the best holidays we have ever had.

Amazing staff especially Georgia. Hotel is very nice and quiet. Perfect for honeymooners. Staff are very helpful and polite. Went out of their to make us feel comfortable. I liked that they are very practical too. You can ask the reception for any service using WhatsApp! Renting an ATV or airport transfer was super easy.

Our stay at the hotel in North Santorini was truly wonderful. The views from our room were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our vacation. This is a gorgeous property with spectacular panoramic views! The suites are the way to go. However, closet space was scarce. Also room service was horrible I don’t think they’ve mastered the art and convenience of in room dining, so dine sat the restaurants inside.

Lovely stay for our honeymoon, the staff’s attentiveness to and communication with us were both equally convenient and compassionate. I highly recommend this hotel for the quality of service as a former service/hospitality employee myself. The spa and gym facilities were beautifully maintained and super supportive of our much needed R&R. Parking on site for our rental was readily was available and easily accessible. Please try the wagyu burger and katsu-style chicken sandwich for lunch, trust me. And if you’re into gin - they make an impeccable Hendrick’s lemonade with mastiha for the Balkan flare. However, we experienced 2 minor inconveniences: 1) early check-in does not seem to be a thing here, it took several hours for our room to be turned over and ready (granted we arrived about half an hour prior to normal checkout and it was reportedly a busy logistical day for them, 2) the ants in the room, one night I found a bunch crawling over my shorts on the couch; another night we found a swarm of ants hiding under the coffee machine in the room (however, the staff was super responsive and quick to come and clean out the area for us). These were the only reasons we didn’t give 5 stars across the board. Otherwise, looking forward to coming back to stay in Pyrgos to explore more of the island, efharisto

The property, rooms, staff and food were excellent. We were not happy with the driver we hired through the hotel for an island tour. He offered no commentary on the sights, history or surroundings and spent a lot of time texting or on phone calls. Pleasant gentleman, but next time I'd hire a bona fide tour company, not what was just 'a driver'. It would also be nice if their pools were a few degrees warmer!
