Amazing rooms with private balcony and prime sunset view every evening! There was a big pool as well, and location is fantastic in Firostefani. 15 min walk to Fira. Staff are excellent. I will look at staying here for my next visit!

We had stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and loved it so much, we booked it again when we returned to Santorini. The view and pool are great. It’s close enough to Fira to walk there, but nice and quiet at night. This is a family owned business and mother/father/daughter are all very nice. It’s easy enough to book a transfer through the hotel for the additional fee. The hotel itself isn’t fancy, but you can’t beat it for the price. The morning breakfast is also lovely.

An absolutely beautiful view and the perfect location. The pool and dining area were unique and provided the opportunity to take in Santorini’s view. A word of caution though. Don’t show up with a heavy bag. While being lower on the mountain, the walk back up is anywhere between 70-100 stairs (depending on which route you take)

Clearly one of our favorite stays. A very nice couple and their staff will take care of your every need from, pick up, transport, breakfast. The rooms are nice and spacious. The outside pool and patio is a game changer especially with the Santorini sun. I highly recommended and would definitely come back.

This is a fantastic hotel with wonderful caldera views. The staff is great. The pool was amazing. Just know there are a lot of stairs but the view is worth it. Absolutely perfect week spent. Marvelous sunset views. We did not want to leave.

Best week in Greece!

We stayed here for our first time in Greece, arrived at midnight to the airport. The hotel owners arranged with us to get picked up which helped a lot & also for any excursion we had booked they drove for a great price! Our week stay was amazing! They were very attentive & sweet. Made us feel like part of the family. Views from our balcony were beautiful, great sunsets!They kept our room tidy every day. Would recommend this hotel!

Very Good experience, just make sure with the front office with the room you are getting and your expectations. I did not get the room I booked at first which was shown in the picture when booked, but the property manager helped getting 2 rooms for the same price and for next day provided the same room which was expected and helped for transportation and carrying the luggage. Luggage guy Hasan was very helpful as well. To be honest, at first I felt I got trapped but by 3rd day with my stay’s extension I felt I did a right thing staying here. Very kids friendly. Great location with ice cream shop right outside and other good food options. Sunset view. Very convenient location since parking for your rental car opposite to firostifeni parking. Left happy with the choice made to stay. Front office also helped with arranging transfer from airport at reasonable price and also helped contact for rental car at good price.3 mins walk to 3 bells of Fira.

I would say decent amenities and room only thing missing is toiletries like shampoo and conditioner … view is amazing… really liked they provided transportation anywhere at a fair price… however no one would help me drag my luggage up all the stairs in the morning to leave which I ended up hurting myself and only had an overnight bag and carryon so if you’re traveling with big luggage I def would not even attempt it. Other than that I’d say a good 4 star hotel maybe 3 1/2

Right in the center of town. Restaurant's next to the hotel. Taxi station a few steps from the hotel. It was a great experiences.

The truth is, this hotel just sell itself, honestly does not need good or bad reviews because the price if reasonable for the location,the pool (which is kind of rare in Santorini )and the priceless views and sunsets from it. Yes the room could have been more mordernized and nothing you can do about the million of steps you go through to get in and out of the hotelbut that is just common in Santorini, you have to be prepared for it.The part I did not like is that they gave me a bottom floor with obtructed view of the breakfast area, and the room look nothing like the picture of the one i booked, which advertised 2 side by side full beds and the arched front door with couches, I got a much smaller suite with beds on an super akward positioning. I was at least moved to a corner room that while still in the lower level, at least my view was not people eating breakfast, and that was well worth it, cause while you dont have a full private terrace (common in Santorini) you still find yourself soaking hours of the amazing view. So the higher the floor the better .Another negative about being in the lower floor, is that the owner sends guests to sit at your balcony so she can serve them breakfast, so you get surprised by random people in your table and is akward to tell them to move ,I feel bad but i also want to enjoy my own breakast at my assigned terrace. I raised this complain to the owner via whattapp but i never got an answer, Owner is a little pushy with her services.

The property is in a great location. However, first, we were given a wrong room. And the room was super hot. They did not turn on the ac as preparation. They switched us to another room that doesn’t look like the advertised picture. The two double beds are attached to each other instead of separate. there is zero amenities inside the room. No shampoo or conditioner or soap or lotion. There is a generic blue bottle (no label) by the shower and we were told that’s the shampoo/conditioner/soap. There is a step in the middle of the room. If you are not careful, you will trip 99% of the time. I would not recommend this place especially with with little kids

Have the best view from your room and balcony . The same beautiful view all day and during sunsets that you can experience from nearby restaurants that will charge you a premium fee to eat there . If you want to save money you can buy food from the bakery or restaurant nearby and bring them to the hotel and enjoy the great view . Shower don’t have a door so you have water spatters outside ,although there is a small towel for the floor , have to be careful coming of the shower .Front desk was helpful but she was a little bit confused abut our reservation. We were scheduled to check out Sunday at 12: 00 pm ( noon time ) but she thought we were staying over since we were checking out at 4 am same day to the airport and tried to charge us more money for the extension. I have to explain to her and show her our reservation twice. There is a tiny mini mart nearby you can purchase your necessities. Overall a great place , just be mindful that there are plenty of stairs going up and down the property.It is walking distance to the famous 3 Bells of Fira , about 15-20 minute walk to Fira Center

This was a beautiful hotel! The staff were very helpful when we needed to confirm pick up times for tours we had planned. They even made the phone calls for us. Our one disappointment was that the hot tub was not in service during our stay, but the pool was beautiful and the view was just incredible! One of the descriptions said that it was just a 10 minute walk from the Fira bus stop. It was more of a 20 minute walk to Firostefani- probably because we took the more scenic walk right along the caldera. It was tough dragging our luggage along the cobblestones and up stairs. We should have taken a cab. We later discovered a shortcut that was more direct and not nearly as many stairs. We did make several trips on foot from Firostefani to Fira and back during our stay. The hike from Fira to Oia is an absolute must!!

Best hotel in Santorini

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing, the location was fabulous, and to be able to view the sunset from here was a bonus. Can't wait to go back.

Great location for the spectacular views

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and it was a nice hotel to stay at for the views and Location,the breakfast was ok,the rooms were ok and clean.. The beds were a little small though

The most amazing place to stay! Paradise!!

Kafieris Blue is such an incredible place to stay in Santorini! Right in the middle of everything so not too far to walk, yet the loation of the hotel is so quiet and peaceful - away from the hussle and bussle. All the staff there are so friendly! We were greeted by a hotel transfer bus at the sea port, and all our bags were carried to our room for us by an amazing man who helped us out our whole trip. We were greeted in our room by the absolutely lovely owner (Mrs Kafieri) and she went out of her way to make us comfortable and make sure we were having n amazing time!! She even organised for us to get our breakfast early on the day we had to leave so we wouldn't miss out as we had an early flight. She even organised the van again to take us to the airport. The views here are magical and the hotel is so clean and beautiful! Our room had its own personal balcony that we could just sit and watch the gorgeous caldera and volcano views for days! It is so close to the most amazing restaurants and the pool area was great for swimming around looking at the scenery. Breakfast each morning was abundant and fresh and honestly we didnt want to leave. We can't wait to visit santorini again and we will definitely be staying here again!! Thanks so much for an incredible stay!!

You leave as a family member

You arrive as a guest and after some day you leave as the member of the family. The owner of the Hotel is Eleuftheria a fantastic lady, who is waiting every guest with open heart and a perfect accommodation. The Hotel is on a very quit place, with a beautiful view of the caldera, but close enough to shops, restaurants and even Fira, which is about 10 minutes walk from the Hotel. I can not thanks enough to Eleuftheria and her staff all the kind hospitality we got during our 10 nights holiday. They fulfill all the wishes of the guest of the Hotel. Cleaning is every day, the room is very comfortable, clean and you can not wish more for this rate. I hope to return there very soon. I offer everybody who want to spend some quite days in the " Paradise ". :-)
