This property was like a castle and we felt like royalty during our visit. The staff was absolutely amazing. The manager of the hotel made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed including setting up a private tour and restaurant reservations and rides. It was the best place we have ever stayed at!!

Celestia Grand was amazing. Niko especially made it amazing from offering us details of thira and what to do in santorini. I appreciate him for all of his hospitality and help and advice. The villa itself is beautiful! We had a pool and a jacuzzi and we enjoyed both. The service was amazing. The breakfast was super good too they even surprised us with pancakes and crepes! 5-Star Experience – A Perfect Stay Made Even Bette

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible property, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a perfect spot—close to everything yet still quiet enough for a relaxing escape. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the property manager, Niko. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Hôtel exceptionnel

Au delà d’un 5*, cet hôtel vous permet de profiter de Thira sans devenir une attraction pour les touristes. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le paysage extraordinaire, et les « villas » très spacieuses. Pour nous être à l’écart de Fira et Oia est une force qui met l’hôtel au centre de l’île, rapidement accessible de l’aéroport et du port, et proche de tout. Avec cette gamme d’hôtel, le taxi est une solution quasi idéale, surtout vu les route de Thira, dédalesques et très étroites, sans parler des difficultés de parking. Mais ce qui élève cet hôtel, c’est Nikos. A lui seul, il transforme votre séjour pour le rendre à coup sûr exceptionnel, à votre gout, comme si connaissiez Thira comme votre poche. Et surtout, il vous mettra en contact avec les bonnes personnes. Bref, n’hésitez pas. Nous étions dans la villa junior.

Amazing service and staff

5 Star service. In 35 years of travel, this was by far the best service and staff I have experienced. Help with planning sight seeing, recommendations, and tickets. The chef was amazing with the breakfast. The villa was top notch with a great bed, pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, patio area. Secluded, so not to worry about tourist watching you in your villa. Free transportation from the Port and Airport. Highly recommended, with great views of the sunset.

This is by far the most amazing place i’ve stayed at (and I travel A LOT). Celestia Grand is located perfectly with a view that you have to see to believe that exists. Close enough to Fira and other fun areas while secluded enough to give you the unobstructed views. Niko was fantastic at getting us set up and organizing activities and booking restaurants for us while there. He even went out of his way to give us a ride once. Breakfast every morning was delivered and set up by the pool. Food was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. You also get house keeping twice a day. This is a private paradise and we were so sad to leave. I highly recommend this place. Its worth every penny.

A Dream Come True!

It was absolutely amazing. The property was a dream come true. Furthermore, the service and attention was exceptional. Niko and his staff made sure that everything in our trip was excellent. In fact, we missed the last shuttle to Fira one night and Niko gave us a ride. As for the views, it was unbelievable. We also stayed in a high end property in Oia but would choose Celestia Grand hands down next time we visit Santorini(this was our second time). At Celestia Grand, you actually had privacy. In Oia, we had drones and people all around us taking pictures. Here, we were all to ourselves. Can't wait to return!

What a perfect destination!! Celestia Grand was just outstanding, way above our expectations! The location, the villas, the staff, the breakfast, the views and certainly Nikos who gave us a very warmth welcome and really took care of everything for us with the minimum details, from setting a plan for the 4 days, book all the restaurants, give us all the tips on what to do and what to avoid!!! Niko was awesome! Simply the best receptionist, concierge, and everything you need for a wonderful stay here. Extremely helpful, friendly, humorous, and make us feel totally at home in this luxury villa. The villa itself it beautifully and tastely furnished, with Jacuzzi, bath tub and pool etc. Totally satisfied with our villa - spacious, well equipped, beautiful view of Caldera and Aegean Sea. Will definitely return, and definitely hope to meet Niko again!

Une très belle vue et une très belle villa. Dommage cependant que les piscines privées ne soient pas chauffées. Il manque aussi une salle de gym pour un complexe 5 étoiles. Attention le restaurant attenant aux villas est à déconseiller: un horrible restaurant de plage avec une cuisine réchauffée au micron ondes.

This place is outstanding! Niko and the team are very helpful. Location is outside of Thira but a shuttle bus runs often. Was the most spectacular view and the property is luxe! Breakfast is very good - a lot is offered. Niko makes all the difference and was happy to help with so many things. His knowledge of what to do and how to make the best of your trip is invaluable. We cannot wait to return.

Pros: The staff was nice and friendly and the location was great for the view of the caldera. We were there to celebrate my wife's birthday and the staff even got a cake for her. Cons: We stayed at 2 different places in Santorini. We paid a very expensive price for Celestia Grand. 1. Coordination of things could have been better. The other hotel proactively reached out to us to arrange for our transportation from the airport to the hotel but with Celestial Grand we ended up having to take our own taxi there. Taxis on the island are few and very expensive. 2. Worst of all, my wife got bitten by bed bugs and had to see a doctor when we came back to the States. 3. The quality of the breakfast was not as good as the other hotel we stayed at.
