Great staff in clean b and b.

Very clean and room cleans daily. The host was fantastic and arranged transportation for us in a difficult situation. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

La habitación estaba en general limpia pero tenia detalles: no tenía basurero el baño, se escuchaba todo el ruido de la piscina y sector exterior, no se podían abrir las ventanas. El personal era bastante desagradable, desde la recepcionista, personal de aseo y personal del comedor para el desayuno. Un dia salimos a las 09.00 hrs y volvimos a las 15.00 hrs y nos preguntaron si queriamos aseo de la habitación… yo les dije que tuvieron toda la mañana y a esa hora quería descansar. Un dia fuimos a tomar desayuno a las 09.40 hrs y ya no quedaba losa limpia, ni agua caliente ni cosas para comer, consulté al mozo y me dijo: “lo estan preparando y tiene que esperar porque ya estamos en la hora”, le dije que ya no era necesario porque debiamos retirarnos a las 10.00 hrs y no le dio nada. La recepcionista muy desagradable nos hizo el check in, muy despota para atender. Una noche anñas 04.00 AM unos pasajeros llegaron y usaron la piscina sin respetar a los demas huespedes como nosotros que nos encontrabamos durmiendo y nadie les dijo nada. No habia horario de uso de piscina. En general la limpieza del lugar estaba bien pero el personal dejaba mucho que desear. Nosotros elegimos el hotel por la cercanía al lugar del evento que fuimos.

O hotel deixa muito a desejar. O quarto é pequeno, mal iluminado e a limpeza claramente não é prioridade: lençóis não estavam adequados e o cobertor dava a sensação de não ter sido lavado. À noite, foi impossível dormir confortavelmente. A recepção, em sua maioria, foi extremamente deselegante, principalmente uma funcionária, acredito que seu nome é (ALESSANDRA) que se destacou pela má educação. O ponto positivo é o preço baixo e a localização central, mas isso não justifica a falta de higiene nem o mau atendimento. Não voltaria e não recomendo, a não ser que o critério seja apenas economizar e aceitar condições ruins.

Não indico!

Péssimo ainda é pouco! Cheguei e o quarto que me colocaram estava sem CHUVEIRO, pois a ducha estava quebrada. Questionei e a resposta que me deram foi: “Se está quebrado, tem que esperar amanhã para alguém olhar”. Para piorar, na hora que fui dormir encontrei um par de meias sujas, de criança, por baixo da coberta (ou seja, nem mesmo trocaram os lençóis). Novamente reclamei e só então me trocaram de quarto (muito a contra-gosto e dizendo que eu estava RECLAMANDO DEMAIS). O quarto novo era grande e bem espaçoso, com 5 camas divididas em dois espaços, porém apenas UM ar condicionado de 9.000 Btus para refrescar todo espaço (o que obviamente não adiantou). O café da manhã não é buffet, é um prato montado que eles entregam na mesa, com pão e alguns (poucos) pedaços de fruta. Em um dos dias, pedi para trocarem as toalhas e a troca só foi feita no dia seguinte. Resumindo: o hotel é péssimo. Nem de longe merece as 3.6 estrelas que tem aqui.
