It was a very nice stay! The room was very nice, the view is excellent (we were on a 17th floor). Everything was exactly as the pictures. Beds, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, nice and comfortable. We had 2 bathrooms which is great. The area feels super safe, a lot of groceries stores and dinning options. Super close to the metro. The communication was excellent, they are super nice and answer very fast.

Excellent location for exploring Santiago. Although the apartment had air conditioning, it could use a fan or two. Entry is a bit tricky and requires a cell phone to read a QR code. Front desk was very helpful but requires Spanish.

Amazing experience

My family and I truly enjoy staying at Rho departamentos. The apartment was perfect! Rooms were a good size, it was clean and well located. I felt extremely safe with all their safety features, like QR code to enter the building. As per the host; they were extremely attentive! Welcoming and caring from the moment I book! They provided me will clear instructions and answered all my questions within minutes. I would definitely be booking Rho Departamentos next time I visit Santiago!

Our stay at Rho departamentos was good, the place itself is in a very good area where there is a lot of dining options. 30 min walk to Cerro San Cristobal. And walkable distance to other attractions. One of the things we liked about this place was the concierge, and how the safety is important, (not everybody can walk into the building without a QR code) Communication was great with the host; they allowed us to keep our luggage early on the day and also were able to check us in a couple hours early. We stayed in the 21st floor, the apartment was clean and had everything we need with an amazing view. It probably should be renovated soon but that did not stop us from having a good stay.

Solo trip through South America

Host was very helpful, especially when I arrived and was having issues. Apartment was cozy, and good size for me. Liked having a functional balcony as well as a kitchen. Would have liked to have a working stove however I found that it did not work after getting food to heat in it. Bathroom was a good size, but definitely could use some paint and fixing up. Would stay again and recommend. Location alone, next to metro for easy travel around city. And the two gentleman working front desk in the evening were fun, friendly, and a joy to chat with.

We stayed here for a week and during that time walked to various sites. The location was perfect as it was in the middle of everything we saw. There was a small grocery store down the street that we stopped at daily. While we didn't use the metro, there is a station just outside the building. The apartment had everything we needed and with the few questions we had, the owners were good to respond quickly. They had space for us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Took us a little to get familiar with the security measures to get into the building (QR code), but after we had it down, it was nice that those measures are in place for our safety. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Santiago.

We like the apartment, it had all the amenities we needed. It was a little bit out of town, but that was nice, because we felt safe in the area overall a good stay.

Nice spot to live like local

Nice location. Lots of security which can be a real pain but felt safe. No English at front desk. First room had no working oven and AC was in another room. However, they moved me to another room which was a bit better. There is no housekeeping so my room got pretty gross after 7 days. Also, no blanket on bed, just the cover which i did not know if it was clean. The property manger was very responsive. Close to everything and metro is almost next door. Great jazz club across the street. Good deal for the money. Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, secure with an incredible view

Amazing place! The view from the balcony is just incredible, a view over the city with the mountains in the back ground and a beautiful night sky. The apartment was lovely and clean, comfortable and felt homely. The host was responsible with a few questions we had. The security on the building is brilliant and very secure. Location is fab - in a safe area with a big supermarket round the corner and restaurants on your doorstep. The host messaged us recommendations for eateries, washing, shops and more! Great public transport links too. My only recommendation would be to have oil, salt and pepper provided in the apartment (the basics) - that would be great.
