From the moment we arrived, staff went out of their way to made us feel welcomed. The bar, the restaurant, the gym/spa staff were just as welcoming and accommodating. Our rooms were amazing, with large and very comfortable beds. We could hear some (minimal) of the street noise at night but that didn’t spoil our rest. The hotel is very clean. The area around was safe to walk and with plenty of bars and restaurants, we didn’t need to use taxis or the underground at all.

Breakfast good. Sraff always ready to help. Safe went wrong twice but was soon fixed. Transport to Sanantonio was excellent. Restaurant was good and eeasonably priced.

The staff was extremely accommodating. We had visited the Patagonia area prior to arriving in Santiago, and had stayed at three different hotels during our travels. We always choose 4 or 5 star hotels when we travel. Regal Pacific was by far our favorite of the three. The room (superior King) was spacious and well appointed, the shower and bath very nice, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning offered many options. Bravo!

The rooms are quite large and have a sofa/couch, large tv, decent size bathroom with a nice shower. Some rooms come with buffet breakfast (or you could buy) and found it to be a great deal. Some of the features: 8 types of cut up fresh fruits, cereals, 6 to 8 breakfast type rolls, a large variety of fresh pastries, cookies, cake, scramble eggs, pancakes, cold meats and cheeses, coffee making machines offering 6 to 8 types of coffee. It’s a great breakfast. And the staff at the front desk and the front door were professional and friendly. The hotel is in a good location, with 3 to 4 nice restaurants within a 10 minutes or less walk. I’d stay here again.

Good but could easily be better

Pros: Got upgraded to a larger room which was nice. Good breakfast buffet. Great location. Kettle as well as a coffee machine. Very comfortable bed and good bedding. Good housekeeping. Cons: Made me wait until exactly 3pm before allowing me to check in. Bathroom was tiny. Power socket on the desk didn’t work. One of the two lifts was broken so getting back up to your room after breakfast took ages. Overly complicated lighting controls. Bit disappointing for a 5* hotel.

This property is outdated not like they advertised on top of this I choose this property because they advertised gym, spa, pool etc when arrived result they where under renovation not in use. So I had to move to another real hotel. Fortunately Expedia step in and resolved the situation because hotel management was very rude no apologized no customers oriented only bad business oriented. Never come back to this building because hotel is not.

The receptionist at the counter was friendly, and the hotel has well location, close to the MRT station, pharmacy and the supermarket. The bed is comfortable, also the breakfast has many choices and delicious. But the shower head in the bathroom is a bit dirty and the height fixer is broken. In addition, there is a strange smell in the room. You need to open the window for ventilation.

In the Las Condes business district so a little far from old town Santiago. But a lively area with shops, restaurants and nice residential neighborhoods. Hotel was clean, rooms spacious, and there was a good breakfast served every morning. First time in my experience that I could shower and freshen up in the gym facilities before I could even check in to my room! Nice touch.
