Great hotel in Santiago! The rooftop bar has incredible views of the city and Andes, and the location in Vitacura is perfect with lots of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. We just wish our room had been on a higher floor with a view—it would have made the stay even better. Overall, highly recommend!

One of the worst 5-star hotels I have stayed in. When we checked in, the room was dirty: there was food on the floor and counter, the bathroom countertop was not clean, and there was so much dust in the drawers that I did not want to empty my suitcase. There was no housekeeping on a Sunday evening at 7, so the front desk had to clean, as there were no other rooms available. Also guest services did not meet a 5-star standard. They were contacted 4 days before we asked for an outing and responded with a few question via WhatsApp. I immedialte replied and then never heard back. I went to the front desk and they were not available, so I had to arrange a tour myself. When we asked for a late check out, they said no they were full, which I understand I had looked to rebook our room only to find out we paid for a terrace suite and were given a deluxe room. They said it was a glitch in Expedia's system. I am still waiting to see if I will get a refund. The bed was nice and rooftop pool and bar area was very nice. But I will not stay here again.

I enjoyed the SPA the staff was incredibly friendly, but the tile for the floor is very slippery. The breakfast was also spectacular. The only downside was the limited option to check out later in the day and I was told by my UN Colleagues that the ID was sufficient to obtain the UN rate and that was not true according to the front desk. This is definately a place I will return.

This hotel is ok. Jr suite room was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. But don’t be fooled this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised. It’s not even a 4 star hotel. This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. Service was average Hotel quality was average Breakfast was average. Location is average Hotel amenities are less than average Ya it’s not a bad place to stay. It’s just no 5 star hotel.

I have stayed here before, and it was a pleasant hotel experience. Now it is not. There is a significant lack of maintenance; the rooms are in disrepair. My window curtain didn't work properly, so I couldn't close it completely. The night lamp on the bedside table didn't work. The USB port to charge the phone (that was on a digital radio on the night table) didn't work. The handle of the bathroom sink came apart when turned on. The AC broke 2 times; the last night was so hot, and it wouldn't cool the room. The key to the room kept failing, so I had to come down several times so it could be reactivated. The gym was also in disrepair, didn't provide any towels or cups to drink from the water dispenser. The staff was nice but mostly inefficient. I would not stay here again until I know there has been a major refurbishment. The area is great, with many restaurants, stores and a beautiful mall close by, very walkable, but there are other hotels in the area which I will choose for next time. It is really a shame that a nice hotel like this is in such a bad state.

High expectations, low performance

Very expensive hotel, but the rooms are a bit out dated. Probably the worst of all is their none existent sound proof. We could hear everything as soon as someone used the toilet, had a shower, or else. It was nice to get upgraded, but what is the point if you can’t sleep or enjoy your time with your partner when you can here how others are enjoying them selves too. You he bathroom was nice, but without any protection on slippery shower floor, is actually dangerous the whole experience. Breakfast was very good and everyone very helpful.
