Nós gostamos bastante! Localização boa, conseguimos nos deslocar a pé e de metrô para vários pontos turísticos. O tempo de água quente foi suficiente, sustentável! Fomos em 4 e não ficamos sem banho quente! A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos adequada! Toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Uma pequena observação para a qualidade das toalhas, que não eram tão boas , estavam desgastadas e um pouco encardidas. Da pra cozinhar tranquilamente! A recepção funciona 24h! E ainda oferecem um lanchinho de boas vindas! Voltaríamos com certeza!!!

Gostamos muito. O check in e check out foram super fáceis. Recepção realmente é 24 horas e todos são muito atenciosos e nos ajudaram com o que precisamos. Única coisa foi a questão da água quente do chuveiro que tem duração de tempo antes de esfriar e você precisar esperar 1 a 2 horas para esquentar denovo. Meu cabelo é bem comprido então da primeira vez tive problemas com isso.

Good apart hotel.

Well placed, well appointed apart Hôtel. Staff friendly and accommodation secure. Supermarket round the corner and as it’s near the University, various bars close by. All in all, a comfortable place to stay for our 5 days in Santiago.

Estadia ok, que da para melhorar.

A acomodação tem vantagens como a qualidade das camas, a tranquilidade do lugar, a localização excelente. Porém, falta conforto. Fomos em familia, casal e filha adulta. Apenas um quarto tem ar condicionado, faltou o equipamento no outro quarto e, principalmente, na sala, que na época de nossa estadia era quentíssima. A sala é desconfortavel, precisa de pelo menos duas boas poltronas. A única tv estava no quarto principal, e nao na sala, o que é estranho em uma acomodação de dois quartos. A cozinha tinha pouquissimos utensilhos, dificultando demais até mesmo um simples café da manhã ou uma refeição rápida em casa. A limpeza diária deixou um pouco a desejar. A recepção todos os dias entregava um pequeno kit individual de café da manhã, o que achamos simpático. Outra coisa estranha foi o uso de água quente, que era restrito por algo entre 15" a cada hora. Nos adaptamos, mas isso inevitavelmente trouxe um certo desconforto.
