This is a lovely, well tended hotel that is very centrally located. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are sturdy and comfortable, and there is ample desk area in which to work. It's a terrific little oasis. And staff keep the place spotless.

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

What a lovely hotel! The room had everything we needed, it was quiet and peaceful, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was always enjoyable. It is also very well situated and within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to see in Santiago. We would definitely stay there again.

Good location. Walkable to many good areas. Decent breakfast. Had to ask multiple times for the free bottle of wine. When I finally got it they could not provide a wine opener to open it. Apparently they only have one for the entire hotel to share?Took two days to get it so wasn’t really able to enjoy the wine. . Friendly staff and Ubers easy to catch. Close to subway and historical center.

We really enjoy the Hotel, Gabriela at the reception was very helpful and nice. At the beginning the area outside the hotel looks sketchy but it was safe we even stay out after dark in the area of the Historic Center. The hotel was nice, prepare us breakfast to go when we took a tour. We recommend this Hotel.
