Aconsejo ajustar la griferia del baño en la unidad 505, esta floja. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y amplias, en el dormitorio haria falta poner otra mesa de luz. El desayuno es bueno y variado. Excelente la atencion en la recepcion del apart hotel

Never here again

I had a booking but the hotel was fully booked and I got transferred even worse hotel. Next day I got a room in hotel itself after complaining. The Internet did not work on the 14th floor and very little water came out in the shower. I did not like breakfast either. La Sebastiana is better option and Plaze El Bosque is much better option.

Great Location

Wi-Fi was the Best I have had in any hotel in the area. Shower was sometimes without hot water and Breakfast was just ok and not open early enough for a Business Traveler

Es un muy buen punto para quedarse en Santiago, pero el hotel está con poco mantenimiento. No hay calefacción en los cuartos, sólo en el living. No vale el dinero que pagamos (éramos 2 adultos y 3 niños)
