Good place to stay, but don't rely on the wi-fi. It just doesn't work inside the room. I had to change rooms twice, and still did not get wi-fi inside the room. It was such annoying, because i work from my phone, and I just couldn't.

No geral o quarto apresentava mínimas condições, cama pouco confortável, limpeza regular precisando uma melhorar o banheiro, principalmente box onde encontrava-se com mofo, ducha inadequada, banheiro com pouca ventilação. O quarto apresentava cheiro de mofo, precisando ser arejado diáriamente. Alguns funcionários da recepção desinformados, faltando simpatia ao realizar atendimento. Circulação de animais domésticos (pitbul) sem fucinheira salientando que trata-se de um animal que traz risco aos demais hóspedes,e transitando no elevador social, acreditamos que cães de pequeno porte possam ser recebidos mas orientados a utilizarem o elevador de serviço.Café da manhã muita variedade e pouca qualidade.

O hotel está precisando de uma manutenção externa e interna. Na recepção tinha um cachorro sem raça definida que subia e descia as escadas e depois vimos este cão sendo levado à uma sala interna atrás da recepção com pratos com comidas. Nada contra cães, mas cães sem guias em recepção de hotel, não foi legal. Precisa melhorar isto. O estacionamento não é gratuito, então isso deveria estar claro, pois pagamos 35 reais.

Foi boa, não é minha primeira vez no hotel porém o preço da diária aumentou de um dia para o outro em quase 30% pela plataforma e a garagem TB está cara, lembro que nas primeiras vezes que estive, a garagem não tinha custo adicional. TB tentei reservar um quarto quádruplo e não havia disponibilidade porém reservei um triplo e ele tinha uma cama adicional sobrando. Não sei porque me negaram essa possibilidade.
