"Hotel is convenient and saved us with airport transfers to external hotels in Mumbai's sweltering heat. however others should be aware that their hotel rooms have NO windows, even though this isn't mentioned on their advert! and walls are paper thin, you can hear EVERY noise. we were woken up at 1 & 4 am with room cleaning staff chatting in hallway, then toilets flushing, people in other rooms having long chats. so all in all an awful nights sleep! Also hotel WiFi is glitchy. and they couldn’t fix the issue all night. we would avoid to be honest, but it was convenient. Staff were polite and tried ti be helpful though."

"Excellent hotel and excellent staff. Mr. Ravi Vaze, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Siddhesh from Citrus Restaurant, Mr. Sandeep from concierge have a knack to make each guest feel so special! Mr. Nambiar makes exquisite South Indian dishes which are so delicious and special! Mr.Jadhav helped keep the room super clean and welcoming! Because of all people mentioned, customers like me keep coming back so many times!"

"I had a great stay at the IBIS BKC. I had some work in the consulate and the place couldn’t be more accessible. The staff are extremely friendly and amiable. They also have a cab service to the consulate you can avail at a cost. I missed the breakfast buffet because of my appointment but the staff made sure there were fruits and other bakery items available. The concierge desk is extremely professional and well trained. Will definitely recommend this stay for anyone having errands in the neighborhood."
