"My go to place to stay on Guam."

"It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at."

"The photos on Expedia were very misleading and did not match the actual room we received. The hotel was dirty, outdated, and not well maintained. To make matters worse, there was no hot water during our stay, which made the experience even more disappointing. "The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming."

"Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really"

"Had a quick little stay. Property is in rough shape due to storms. So lots of repairs going on and very loud. The layout for driving in and getting parking is confusing. Need better signage for people coming in and out. Also the parking garage doesn't have elevators. Would be difficult for older guests. No access to the beach during repairs was kind of a downer. Overall it could be a great hotel. Just needs a lot of work as long as they put the money into it. But unfortunately tourism is way...

"I have stayed in Bayview before. It is a good hotel at a good price. My recent stay wasn't as good as before for a few reasons. When I entered the room, I noticed bubbles on the wall of my hotel room, which is probably a water damage and mold behind the surface. I stayed there during a typhoon and the room became flooded with water as water entered through the windows, so the hotel should do a few things to prevent this from happening, such as sealing cracks and gaps around windows, utility...

"The room was okay for the price. The hotel needs better plumbing. The toilet pressure was so weak. The bathroom sink was cracked and rusted. Tub is clogged. We were in a king size bed and the bed kept squeaking. Only thing new looked like the pillows. There was also a roach that showed up in our bathroom. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade."

"We stayed in Crowne Plaza for 5 days then switched to Lotte Guam. We have to say Lotte has lots of room to improve their service. 1. Front desk staff told us there is an ice bucket in our room, however we did not see it. 2. Breakfast selections are poor. 3. There is no any signs in the room that call locally will charge a fee. When we check out, they charged us 0.75/minute. 4. If you lose your towel card or room cards, you will get charged (thank God! we didn't lose any of the...
