Our stay was phenomenal. Not for the weak of heart as you do have to go off-roading and do need an all-wheel drive vehicle to get to the property. You can park off the main road and get shuttled to and from. If you do want to park on the property, make sure it has a lot of ground clearance like a jeep or 4 Runner. We had a compact all wheel drive SUV and still bottomed out. The staff made the stay that much better. Santiago, Moises and Keiner were so attentive and kind. The food was delicious and the portions were large. My spouse and I would split the breakfast. We had the opportunity to stay in the large 2 bedroom and also the one bedroom Trogon. Definitely recommend the Trogon if you want to feel like you're in the rainforest. All you hear is the waterfall and birds. The views aren't as grand as the other but because you're under a lush canopy the property stays cooler. Ask about a tour to the hidden Jaguar falls** OMG best part of our trip. I hope to come back in the future and make it all the way up to Cerro Kennedy.

Esta en una finca hermosa, tome el mejor café tube un momento de paz y tranquilidad muy bello. El paisaje es divino por que es muy alto , sin duda si buscas escapar un momento de la ciudad y el ruido es muy buena opcion Las personas que me atendieron fueron muy amables muy buen servicio

La habitacion tenia una humedad absurda, es un sitio bonito pero hay una desorganización increible. Porfavor tener en cuenta de una vez llegueis ahi no hay nada que hacer. Nosotros bookeamos la casada como actividad y ni se pudo hacer por motivos ajenos. Lo siento por los chicos que trabajan ahi, pero nos fuimos muy disgustados.

Ce dôme devait être notre lieu de repos pendant trois nuits lors de notre voyage en Colombie avec nos enfants de 8 et 11 ans. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été écourté. Le dôme est situé à 13 km de Minca et n’est accessible qu’en 4x4. Ce transport nous a coûté environ 140 $ CAN aller-retour, un frais qui n’était mentionné nulle part lors de la réservation. L’entretien est aussi bien inférieur à ce que montrent les photos : canapé extérieur très sale, plafond taché de moisissures et terrasse partiellement endommagée. Le principal problème a toutefois été la présence de plus de 40 araignées vivantes à l’intérieur du dôme en une seule soirée. Nous voyageons souvent en région tropicale et savons que quelques insectes sont normaux, mais cette situation était exceptionnelle. Nos enfants étaient terrifiés et mon mari s’est même fait mordre par une araignée tombée sur lui en replaçant une tringle à rideau défectueuse. Nous avons finalement dormi tous les quatre dans la même chambre. Le lendemain, un grand ménage nous avait été promis pendant notre randonnée, mais rien n’avait été fait à notre retour. Nous avons donc quitté les lieux, abandonnant une grande quantité de nourriture et devant réserver un hôtel à Santa Marta à nos frais. Après plusieurs échanges, on nous a refusé le remboursement d’une seule nuit et offert uniquement un crédit valable deux ans, sans utilité pour nous puisque nous vivons au Québec. Je ne recommande malheureusement pas cet hébergement.

Absolutely unreal place to stay!

This is truly an absolutely unique and unreal place to stay. Our only regret was not staying longer. The pods are stunning and very comfortable with all little detail very well thought of. The owners are fantastic, very accommodating and hospitable. And we also loved the dogs. The views are incredible and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck with the sounds of howler monkeys in the backdrop. The meals provided were very tasty. We also enjoyed visiting the local waterfalls, one as part of a tour organised by the hotel and the other very close by and a short hike to see it from the Terramia Estate. If we’d had longer we’d have done the coffee tour and enjoyed the long hike to the top of the mountain for the views. I would highly recommend staying here, it is honestly one-of-a-kind.
