Buen lugar para descansar

Es un buen lugar para descansar, los señores vigilantes son muy amables y colaboradores, sin embargo noté que a ellos les toca hacer de todo y deben dejar la puerta sola, hay que ir a otro sitio a registrarse y no se informa previamente . Deben tener servicios básicos de Hotel, estación de agua y cafe, ya que por el precio son pocos los servicios de conford que tienen.

La estadía fue agradable, el espacio de la habitación amplia y muy aseada. Los beneficios de poder ingresar a los diferentes espacios que tiene el hotel ya que hay varios santorinis en bello horizonte y puedes ingresar a todos y aprovechar todos los servicios que ofrece cada uno, piscinas, bar, mirador ect.

Excelente servicio

La atención fue excelente i cluso antes de reservar. Reservamos en el momento que llegamos al hotel y nos apoyaron hasta que logramos conseguir una habitacion. La decoración de todo el hotel es muy agradable y relajante. El club de playa otorga cierta exclusividad al brindar toallas, buen ambiente y carpas.

This villa was super spacious and would have been great for a large family or two to share. The pool is nice, but on the smaller side. There is a barbecue area as well. The villa is comfortable but not luxurious, so if you are looking for luxury, search elsewhere. There is no hot water, which was uncomfortable at best. When we asked the staff about it, they said they would look into it. However, the villa was not equipped with a hot water heater (at least that we could find.) The area is not bad, but it is a significant drive to many attractions such as downtown Santa Marta or the National Park. A rental car is definitely needed, or making arrangements for a tour.

Personal dispuesto a atender a toda hora. Instalaciones del conjunto Santorini en general, muy buenas (particularmente el area de las piscinas). Tuvimos algunos problemas con el agua caliente y el aire acondicionado en las villas, resueltas a tiempo.

Perfecto para ir con la familia

La estancia fue super agradable, la atencion de todos muy buena, la limpieza del cuarto, el hecho de poder asar una carne en el hotel, muy buena idea. Me senti muy comoda con mi familia. La cama de casal super grande y confortable, al igual las camas de los niños, sabanas limpias asi como las toallas. El hotel es un poco escondido, nos complico un poco para llegar ya que no contabamos con GPS y no hay aviso de que esta ahi. Para la tarifa solamente pienso que podrian poner algo mas que el jabon, pues no dan shampoo ni crema, solo el jabon, podrian ser un poquito mas generosos. Y el check-in que es hecho en el otro hotel es un poco molesto, pero nada que destruya el dia, pues fueron bastante rapidos. Es cerca de la playa, da para ir a pie, pero lamentablemente la playa de ahi no es muy limpia.

Me parecio muy buena , esla primera vez que los visitaba, pero si falto mas inforacion en el momento de recervar, porque al llamrar a la linea de atencion , la persona no me informo que tenian , mas hoteles, que podia reservar la comida, que me cobraban el seguro hotelero y el iva , En resumen todo estuvo muy bien falto mas informacion a la hora de tomar el hotel.

Buena alternativa

El hotel es bueno, nos hospedamos en las villas y los porteros de allí fueron muy amables sin embargo los del hotel en donde uno hace el check in no lo fueron tanto. Me molesto que a pesar de que el hotel estaba vacio nos asignaron la habitacion con el aire dañado y pese que lo arreglaban se dañaba todos los dias, creo que la solucion más conveniente era cambiarnos de habitacion. Lo otro es que ofrecen camas y son sofa camas!

Nice Villa with a convenient swimming pool

The villa en general was very comfortable, having the swimming on our door step made our experience very pleasant and relaxing. However when we arrived we have some inconveniences with the air conditioning on one of the 4 rooms and more important the fridge was not cooling. The staff was very helpful and tried to sort it out the same day, but wasn't until next day that an engineer came along and repaired the fridge for us, while the air conditioning in one of the rooms didn't really reach very low temperature to cool the room down... Taking away the negative experience with some of the appliances, in overall the location and proximity to a nice beach was very convenient, also a nice shopping centre and different amenities provided by the whole complex. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so we will definitely consider to go there again for a break or family holidays.

the studio room was large and wellequipped. hotel staff was very helpful. the hotel restaurant on the beach was the only weak point with the fish we ordered not very fresh. apart from this small detail, a great place.

Good apartment at the villas for extended stay

While off site from the main hotel and a four block walk to the beach, the Villas are ideal for a longer stay. It has a kitchenette for your use and its own pool and was a very quiet location, we had the place to ourselves. We stayed during the week but I would venture on the weekend the place is quite lively.

very pleasant surprise

We were a bit apprehensive because of the lack of reviews for this place. We were really pleased with the experience and the quality of the service and accomodations. we stayed in one of the villas which can acomodate up to 12 persons in confortable conditions. The hotel is part of a mini complex which includes a boutique hotel and a resort with a dedicated set of shaded stands on the beach. We will probably go back to that place next time we go to Santa Marta.
