Amazing hotel with fascinating views of Santa Marta, I got the room with my own Jacuzzi and it was very worth it! Morning breakfast also offered a lot of variety, 10/10 would recommend!

Staff were fantastic for check-in. Our room had a private hot tub on the balcony, gorgeous view, and the room itself was beautiful and immaculately clean. Staff were incredible when we wanted to extend another night, as we enjoyed it so much!

We had a family stay at Porto and had a good experience. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The beach is a 2 minite walk and the pool os quite large and great for both kids and adults. The only downside is that it’s not truly an all inclusive hotel. The food is included and some drinks. However, if you’re at the beach, which is off the property, there isn’t a bar. The pool has a bar, only during dedicated hours. We made it work, but it’s good to set that expectation if you are looking for an all inclusive experience.

No room service, pool was so filthy it took me 15 minutes just to wash the grime off, I marked the door of the room to be cleaned only to catch a cleaner taking a photo saying do not disturb so she didn't have to clean at the end of her shift. Rooms have a stove that is only for looks doesn't even turn on. Rooms have no drinks or snacks fridge was empty. The hotel often smells of sewage.

1st) Paid for the Superior Suite for my one year wedding anniversary and they tried to give me the Deluxe (HUGE price and room difference). 2) MAJOR construction next door. Noise started at 7 am until 6 pm. Construction in rooms at 8 am. No mention of this online and property laughs it off. 3)when we downgraded to Deluxe suite (advertised as a separate bedroom and with a dining area) and was given the most basic shoebox: -Cleaners not around during day. -Pool closes at 8 and one was out of order. -“all inclusive” option was extremely mediocre -nothing open past 8 pm in the area Pros: -clean property -given amenities when needed from front desk. Definitely an old, retired person area.

Alot of construction and far from downtown. Out side the hotel area does not look safe to walk dirty ,garbagecan hear construction while trying to relax at pool. The beach is not great black beach dark waters.

J'ai bien aimé mon séjour à l'hôtel avec ma famille. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Par contre, il y a une cuisinière avec aucun accessoires pour cuisiner. Pour les piscines, la construction d'un hôtel juste à côté fait vraiment beaucoup de bruit et c'est dérangeant. La plage est belle et le personnel est toujours serviable. Sécuritaire.

Desayuno no incluido, muy costoso

Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no contaba con el plan de comidas, algo que ya sabía, lo que no me indicaron es que tampoco teníamos desayuno, por el tipo de hotel y por lo que pagué esperaba contar con desayuno por lo menos, pero no fue así. Si hubiera sabido que no contaban con desayuno habría preferido otro hotel con precios mucho más justos. Por otro lado me indicaron que podía pagar el desayuno, sin embargo cuando bajé dijeron que no podía aunque pagara por el nivel de ocupación del hotel. Por lo que me tocó comer por fuera.... Muy costoso por lo que ofrecen y muy mal que no ofrezcan desayuno.
