Lovely little hotel with a great staff. My partner was ill during the stay and they arranged a visit for us to the local medical centre for treatment, escorting us to the building, which was above and beyond in our eyes - great service! Because of the illness, we didn't venture too far from the hotel grounds, but the restaurant and hammocks by the river was a great place to hang out. The food is really nice, especially the homemade chicken soup and the free breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Get the junior suute if you can!

The junior suite with a balcony over the river was fantastic value for money. Swimming in the river below was lovely. Breakfast was very good but doesnt start until 8am. Free coffee at reception is a nice welcome.

Very nice accommodation

We had to cancel one night and they were supportive and reimbursed the money. The place is very nice and connected with nature. Only room for improvement I’m gonna mention is the restaurant service (mainly speed and menu) but given the location and that it’s was very busy with very little staff it’s understandable

Unfortunately the wifi did not work at all and when I asked they just said “oh yes it’s not working”, with no explanation or apology. Our shower was also broken and when you turned it on it squirted water in random different directions and soaked the entire bathroom. Again the staff were not bothered and did nothing to fix it or apologise. The room was okay but doesn’t have a window apart from the door and although it’s new currently, you can see that the room won’t wear well. We asked for the laundry service and they said it would be ready the following day but it took 2 days which was frustrating. The food was fine and service in the restaurant bar was good. It’s a short walk to restaurants and bars in Minca so the location is good and it’s on the river which is pleasant. Cannot understand how it classed as a 4 star hotel. We have been travelling around Colombia for a month and this was probably the most disappointing of our stays. Maybe go in with lower expectations and you might not be as disappointed.

At our arrival we were greeted with a broad smile from this young man named “Jesus”, he was efficient and polite. The reservation transaction went smooth and we had a minimal waiting time, the room was impeccable clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant is extremely delicious and with a big variety. Our check out was taken by “valentina”, a young hostess who was also effective and attentive in every detail. Walkable, quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel, good for the price, clean and well located. If i ever go back to Minca, i would definitely stay there without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was barely greeted with no smiles and minimal attention. I booked the nicest room, junior sweet, and it was very basic and rather dark. Breakfast is standard. This place is way to expensive for what it offers.

Sehr schöne moderne Unterkunft etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, fußläufig 5 min zum Zentrum. Direkt an einem schönen Fluss in welchem man auch baden kann. Frühstück top, Zimmer und Anlage sehr sauber. Zwei große Wachhunde und 24 Std Rezeption vorhanden. Lediglich war das Personal v.a. Im Restaurant ggü. nicht Spanisch sprechenden nur semi freundlich. Aber das ist auszuhalten. Ansonsten top.

Ohne Charme und wenig positives

Das "Luxus" Zimmer war ziemlich durchschnittlich. Durchgelegene Matratze, dunkel und ohne Aussicht. Die Toilette befindet sich im Zimmer, abgetrennt durch eine hässliche Plastik-Falttür. Wände schlecht gestrichen. Der Abfluss hat zeitweise Laute Geräusche gemacht. Personal chaotisch bis unfreundlich. Es gibt zwei große Hunde, die ab und zu bellen und die man nicht anfassen soll. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Fluss ist schön. Das Frühstück okay aber nichts besonderes.

Es gibt (hoffentlich) bessere Gasthäuser in Minca

+ Lage etwas ausserhalb von Minca direkt am Bach. Ruhige Atmosphäre, wenn einen das Getöse des Wassers nicht stört. Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Einrichtung einfach, doch geschmackvoll. - Personal zeigt wenig Interesse am Gast. Vor allem im Restaurant würde ich nicht mehr essen. Speisen überzeugt überhaupt nicht. Service liess mich eine Stunde warten. Dann kamen Vor und Hauptspeise zusammen. Am Ende wird noch um Trinkgeld gebeten. Internet ist ein Glücksspiel. Zum Teil funktionierte es.
