Believe it or not, but this is a cementery. It is located on Southern Philippines. There is no jeepney or taxi just tricycles, motorcycles, and just a few cars.
This is in Santa Maria, Davao del Sur, Philippines. This was taken last January when my grandpa died, its my second time here, a 3-4 hours travel from Davao City proper. This is a province, and is mountainous. It has a beautiful beach called "litlle boracay" because of its very thick white sand. There are a few houses here, but is increasing since 1900's. We have lands here that was bought by my parents before, so I'm looking forward in going back! 🚘

Surprise visit despite advance paid booking
The owner to whom hotels.com confirmed our visit (paid in advance) did not bother to inform the local staff so nothing was prepared… there is nothing with regards to food and beverage, luckily the staff were outstanding!

Clean room. Nice staff and owner. Had yo figure out shower hot water controlled under kitchenette sink. Hostess was very nice end accommodating. She was also cook and good was good as well. Good for the price.!
