La atención del personal es lo mejor, ya que la parte exclusiva para usuarios de Niru, es pequeña y la atención es básicamente es personalizada, en este rubro es una excelente opción, minimalista, muy tranquila y buena para descansar. Como el área de playa y el club se comparte con los q se hospedan en Binniguenda, en ocasiones se llena y no hay espacio suficiente en ambas áreas, ese podría ser un punto a considerar

Our stay at Nirú Ocean Suites by Binniguenda was outstanding. The property was beautiful, comfortable, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. What truly made our experience memorable was the exceptional attention and warm interaction provided by the staff. Andrea, Pedro, and Itzel were especially wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Their excellent service made a lasting impression. La ubicación en una playa pública hace que la experiencia no se sienta tan premium. El menú es limitado y la comida normal, nada especial. Al cabo de unos días se siente repetitivo. La disposición del hotel hace que moverse sea muy incómodo, teniendo que tomar múltiples elevadores para llegar a la calle o a la playa El personal muy atento y servicial. Los cuartos nuevos, pero había detalles de mantenimiento. No poder acceder a la playa oor los horarios del club de playa también es muy incómodo. Nada que ver las opiniones de los viajeros con la realidad. .

We came during off season, and the value was great. Pools were well kept, room was kept very clean, and the served meals were excellent. The location made it very easy to walk into town when we did decide to go "off campus" for dinner. The A/C worked perfectly, which is great, because it was humid as heck in June. No complaints!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property was exceptionally clean and decor beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and we loved the large balcony, patio furniture with the sea view. We felt there should have been more food and desert options. We went to Binguenda a few times for that. Prices are a bit high for Santa Cruz area. This is a place mainly for adults which works for us. Thank you for helping make our trip lovely.❤️

Excelente ubicacion, bonito, buena comida, buena atencion, todo en general excelente, el unico inconveniente es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero afuera del hotel hay un estacionamiento publico que se vacia alrededor de las 6 pm, y en los alrededores puede uno encontrar lugar de momento.

The grounds and building are excellent. Very clean and modern. Rooms are comfortable and have great amenities. Beds, linens and sheets/towels are nice as well. Beware, the standard rooms have NO view or deck area. They literally back onto a fairly busy walkway, which is your view. To upgrade, the cost is quite high. For the next level upgrade (Junior Suite) we paid $1400CAN for 6 nights. Food was decent, the buffet was repetitive after 10 days. Some of the dishes that should have been warm or hot were not. The menu items were prepared fresh and definitely were better. Same with the breakfast....buffet was decent, menu items were much better. Drinks were all over the place. They had Dos XX on tap and many types of low grade hard alcohol. Mixed drinks were a crap shoot, unless you ordered something very simple. They had no drink menu, but I think that would be helpful so that the bartenders could all be trained to make drinks the same way. Staff was similar to most places. Some good, some ok, some indifferent. We had a couple of experiences where we sat first, but were served/waited on after local couples were sat after us. This happened more than once. We also had to help ourselves to menus a few times while staff were talking amongst themselves and/or on their phones. Cleaning staff were excellent however! All in all, a solid 3.5. For the original price we paid, plus the upgrade, the value just wasn't there. For our all in price, better choices exist.

Loved the location, the beach and the room was very nice, modern, clean and spacious. The staff were all lovely, the food was good. Everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this property and would return. We had the 3rd floor junior plus room with a huge patio and beautiful views of the Santa Cruz bay.

El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son súper bonitas y bien decoradas. Me encantó. La alberca del beach club siempre está templada pero la del hotel a veces está fría. Lo malo es que la alberca del club de playa solo se puede ocupar hasta las 6 pm. Los alimentos son muy ricos.

It's a fraud that they offer the rooms on the first floor as "ocean view", the balcony is in front of the pool so the view is really just people sunbathing on sun loungers right outside your window. You have to keep the curtains closed at all times if you don't want to feel like you're in a shop window.
The curtains can only be left open very early in the morning, when there is no one in the pool yet.
This is "the ocean view" you have the rest of the day while people enjoy the pool.
