Disliked: Staff & service
La recepciónista no me quería dar acceso a la habitación por que no le aparecía en su sistema, tuve que dejar un depósito en efectivo para que me entregara la llave y hasta en la mañana tuvimos que aclarar que ya tenia la reserva pagada para que me regresaran mi efectivo.
