I stayed just one night but really loved the vibe! It’s a super social hostel with activities every night and a great pool to relax during the day. Kudos to Estefania, who organizes the events — she was my roommate and gave me amazing tips around town! The staff is all really friendly and welcoming, and even if you only stay briefly, you still feel part of the place. Perfect spot to meet people in Puerto Escondido!

This hotel is actually a hostel and so caters to those in their 20’s activities are great if you’re 20ish … as an older man I wasn’t comfortable using the pool with all the young kids felt intruding .. but highly recommend it if your young and want a clean safe place to stay and meet others easily

Awesome, you won't regret it!

I strongly recommend this place to visit Playa Zicatela, their facilites are brand new, clean and confortable, Wi-Fi works everywhere, I personally stayed at a prívate room with AC, safe and blackout courtains, the staff is friendly and helpful, I would like to extend special thanks to Belén for her kindness.

Bastante buena experiencia en Viajero, buen ambiente y ubicación no lejana de la calle principal. Gran relación costo - beneficio. Habitación bastante limpia al llegar, sin embargo mi único “pero” fue que durante toda mi estancia no le hicieron limpieza al cuarto (5 noches) y por momentos la coladera del baño desprendía un olor bastante fuerte.

Una experiencia terrible… no lo recomendaría. He tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme en muchos hostales, tanto en México como en otros países, y lamentablemente este ha sido la única experiencia horrible. Desde nuestra llegada, la experiencia fue desagradable. La recepcionista que nos recibió a mi amiga y a mí mostró una actitud completamente apática. Respondía nuestras preguntas con evidente desgano, como si cada palabra que decía fuera un esfuerzo. No hubo ni una pizca de amabilidad o disposición para atendernos. Al entrar a nuestra habitación, el lugar estaba sucio y con un fuerte olor a humedad. El baño tenía el bote de basura lleno, el piso estaba sucio y en general el espacio estaba en mal estado. Lo más incómodo fue el manejo del aire acondicionado: solo lo encendían de 8 a 10 de la mañana, y para ello, el personal del hostal entraba a la habitación sin tocar la puerta ni avisar. Una de esas veces entraron cuando yo estaba desnuda, lo cual me pareció sumamente inapropiado y una falta grave de respeto a la privacidad. Ni siquiera ofrecieron una disculpa ni anunciaron su entrada con un “con permiso” o “buenas tardes”. En general, todo el personal tenía una actitud desganada y poco profesional. Incluso su aspecto y presentación personal dejaban mucho que desear, lo cual reflejaba también en el descuido de las instalaciones. Definitivamente no volvería ni lo recomendaría a nadie. Fue una experiencia incómoda, sucia y carente de lo más básico en hospitalidad.
Es de destacar que en todos los días que estuve nunca limpiaron la habitación.

La cama supercómoda. El espacio compartido demasiado justo para 8 personas, al igual que un solo baño para tantas personas se me hizo incómodo. Habría que mejorar la limpieza de esas zonas comunes como bañosy alrededores de alberca. Ideal si vas a pasarlo bien con actividades que organiza el hostel. También hay zona de co-working y cocina comunitaria.
