The hotel is gorgeous, and has a warm, relaxing and cozy boho vibe.The bedrooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. The staff is wonderful, helpful and the food is great. I came with a sprained ankle (I could barely walk) and Diana in the morning and Jesus in the afternoon were very helpful and reliable to help me with ordering taxis on a daily basis to go to the beach or dinner at night. am very appreciative as well to the director for his help, I would have definitely give it a 5 stars or more if it wasn't for the challenge of exteriors factors such as dogs howling in the middle of the night.This being said, I liked the hotel and the service so much that I would come back.

Best hotel staff in the world.

The best service I’ve ever had in a hotel - anywhere. My husband and I arrived sick - they literally walked us to our room, called doctors, brought us water and bread (the only thing we could keep down), and frequently checked on us. We healed quickly with their help. Another plus - individually controlled AC. We were able to have a very cold room to heal and relax in. Also get the rooftop massages, book in advance.

A fabulously relaxing stay

The hotel is new so it’s in excellent condition, the rooms are finished to a very high spec and very tastefully done. The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it. Definitely a hotel for having a chill time. I thought the pool location was odd to begin with but actually ended up using it a bit. Only slight annoyance was inability to get food or drinks after 17:00.

Beautiful property! We loved the room, the staff, the quiet, the view of the ocean from our terrace, and the swimming pool in the lobby was nice to cool off in during the midday heat. The staff was so helpful and kind. They allowed us to park our car right outside the entrance and even connected us with a local scooter rental which made it easier to get around the small roads. The room was beautiful, quiet, spacious, and comfortable with the a/c at nights. Hotel is on a dirt road set back from all the action, but still close by. Cute baby chickens running around and liked hearing the rooster in the morning. Felt like a nice reset for us, coming from nyc. Thank you for a great experience!

We had the pleasure of staying at Punta Nayaa for two nights and to say it was a little slice of Heaven is an understatement. Right from the beginning, the staff was attentive and friendly. We arrived at the hotel very early and they were happy to keep our bags for us, and let us lounge around by the pool till our room was ready, which they had us in well before the check-in time (very much appreciated). We booked the king with roof plunge pool, which was stunning to say the least. The food the hotel offered was also amazing! They have the best sourdough bread I have ever eaten. It's located in a quieter area, which was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle by the beach. The walk to town is on dirt roads for the most part, so just bring decent sandals/shoes and you shouldn't have any issues there. We also arranged the Bioluminescence lagoon tour and our transpiration to the bus station through the hotel, which was easy and convenient. I honestly can't say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. We definitely will plan to stay at this hotel again in the future, it was beautiful.

great stay. probably could have lounged in the hotel for the entire visit and be happy. the space is beautiful, well-appointed and spacious. our welcome drink - the ginger nayaa - was one of the best cocktails i've ever had. we ate at the restaurant for three meals over the course of a two-night stay, and the food was delicious and fresh each time. it's about a ten minute walk from the beach, which was fine for us. the main strip in escondido can get kind of loud and racous, which is not the vibe we wanted that weekend, so distance to that was nice. the road to the hotel is largely is unpaved, which again, is fine. we're in mexico, and kind of fits with the 'one-with-nature' vibes of the hotel. while i felt safe the entire time (with a partner), i could understand why the unpaved road and inconsistent street lighting may not be appealing to a solo traveler as noted in previous reviews. overall, i would definitely stay here again! looking forward to it.

This property is not just esthetically beautiful, the staff is absolutely helpful and kind. They were so communicative, via WhatsApp, and shared they're favorite local restaurants and taco stands. The overall vibe of this hotel was serene and peaceful. We did not want to leave!

First of all it is an amazing place to stay for its top higine and service. We just stayed for a night but it was enough to appreciate everything. We had the massage in our room, the ladies were on time and had one of the best massages. The food is on point, the only thing is that they close the kitchen at 8 pm which left us with no other option than going out for dinner but there are a lot of restaurants near the place so I do recommend to take a walk and look for the options. Our room had a private pool, it takes for around 2 hours for it to fill it completely but water is clean as well as the tub. Room is big, bathroom is outside so it has no air conditioner but it was ok. They have a private pick-up shuttle that provides service 3 times a day; 10 am, 11 am and 12 pm to the Zicatela shore. You always have the option to walk , since it´s like a 12 min walk. The hotel is 10/10, will comeback.
