We enjoyed our stay at Mantra. We were there for 4 nights. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very nice with cold AC. The pool was pleasant. The bartender Luca made us some delicious Sandia Margaritas. A shoutout to some of the staff members that helped us get around. And recommended where to go shopping and restaurants. Victoria, Victor, Lourdes, Alejandra, Sofia and Zule. Thank you all!!! We can’t wait to go back!!!!

Perfect stay!

Had an amazing stay at Mantra in April - staff were incredible across the board. So helpful and kind. The location can’t be beat and the rooftop pool and bar are beautiful. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Looking forward to returning one day soon!

The hotel was great, it was clean and the staff were friendly. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they decorated the room with a birthday banner and some complimentary chocolates, which was a nice gesture. The pool and rooftop bar were great. The hotel is also located walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants, so we did not have to rent a car during our stay. I would definitely return to this boutique hotel.

Absolutely beautiful and affordable place to stay in Puerto Escondido. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Very kind and helpful staff. Refreshing pool on the rooftop with a bar. Highly recommended!!!

Not the comfort we were expecting

Staff was friendly and room was nicely furnished and decorated but we had no hot water at anytime of day. So no relaxing showers, didn’t want to shave, etc. And there was loud construction, hammering, drilling directly above us during the day. So an afternoon siesta was not possible.

Las instalaciones muy cómodas, para nosotros sin problema. Solo si se llevan personas de tercera edad tal vez muchas escaleras para accesar a la piscina y algunas habitaciones. Los alrededores no testán con calles urbanizadas hasta unas tres cuadras, sin embargo es un lugar para descansar y las habitaciones en piso con buena vista al mar. La playa está solo a unos cuantos pasos aunque el mar es más para surfear. Lugar tranquilo. La música y fiesta en los arededores se acaba a las 11pm, lo cual esta bien para quienes buscan descansar termprano. En general, el personal muy atento, amable y buscando resolver.
