โรงแรมและที่พักSanta Lucía del Camino

"Except the location. This place barely qualifies as a hotel. Rooms are tiny, beds are very small and uncomfortable. No elevators, so good luck with 3 flights of stairs if you have a baby or older individual. We paid a price difference for a first floor room which suppose to be a junior suite, but has no fridge, no hand soap no water to drink, not a single chair to sit, beds are very small and very uncomfortable, staff are very unhelpful and don’t speak any English at all. Won’t ho there again!"

"Chose Grand Fiesta Americana as our main hotel for our wedding. Everything was excellent. Service was fantastic from the moment we walked in. The rooms were spectacular. The food and drinks also so amazing. Will be staying here for all future Oaxaca trips!"

"This is not a Mariott calibre hotel at all. Ac kept leaking , help took long, not even a mini fridge or coffee maker"

"We LOVED our stay! The staff were so kind and helpful and always offered us something to drink when we returned to the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet; we slept so well here. A special shoutout to Jorge for going above and beyond. I’d absolutely stay here again."

"The property was nice and clean. The hotel advertised an airport shuttle on Expedia but didn’t respond to my request via app to book the shuttle so I had to call them and they said they did not in fact have a shuttle. I’m an elderly woman travelling solo so I was really nervous to arrive at the Oaxaca airport in case taxis were unsafe, as I’ve experienced in other countries. Fortunately it was OK but I would have chosen a hotel with a shuttle and avoided the stress if I hadn’t been misinformed."

"Really cute hotel in a great location, super close to all the main attractions in Oaxaca City. The room was cozy, the products were great, and the bed was so comfortable. The AC was also a huge plus! Would definitely stay here again."

"La ubicación del hotel es excelente. En general es un hotel sencillo, el edificio es antiguo y bonito. No tiene elevador, lo cual para mi no es problema pero puede serlo para una persona mayor o con capacidades de movilidad limitadas. EL personal es muy amable. El desayuno que incluye está sencillo normal. La terraza de las fotos creo que tiene más potencial, el hecho que tengan una bicicleta estacionaria junto a los sillones de jardín como que no va. En cuanto al cuarto particularmente a mi no...

"Hotel is conveniently located close to shopping, coffee, restaurants, and city attractions. We appreciated the walkability to many places. Welcome drink was a nice bonus and the hotel staff was amazing. We did not love the location of our room at the back corner of the hotel, or the size of the room. We felt a bit cramped. Overall, a nice place to stay central for a few nights."

"This is a charming property with walking distance of the Zocalo. Room was clean; WiFi was spotty and I couldn't get the TV to work but I wasn't in my room enough to matter."

"This property and the people who work there are fantastic! We went with our five year old, who wandered and played in the property and everyone was so nice to him. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Our room had two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a private patio. It was perfect for our family. The air conditioning worked great on warm days and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The breakfast every morning is wonderful. We were devastated to leave, but...

"Excelente ubicación el desayuno de 1era mi cuarto un poco chico pero acogedor"
