Wonderful place,very confortable,clean and pretty . Very nice,friendly,warm and helpful staff. The included breakfast is a la cart,including eggs Benedict with no time limit. The girl at the front desk,very sweet,explained graciously and in detail all places worth visiting. We were very satisfied and happy with our stay. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Food not so great, eat someplace else. They have a very nice courtyard with a pool. They play very nice ambiance music. I really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is excellent—well-located with comfortable, classic, and well-equipped rooms. The restaurant offers a varied and delicious menu, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Satisfied and would stay here again

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The room was large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom had dispensers for bath products so as not to generate plastic waste. Likewise, they provided paper straws in their beverages. The breakfast menu was ample, generous, and varied. They also have an industrial espresso coffee maker. The grounds are well-kept and comfortable, and the service was cordial and accommodating. Because of the beautiful vegetation and somewhat humid conditions, the property does have some mosquitos, so use repellent when lounging around. We were grateful for their flexibility in giving us a late check-out, since our room was not reserved for that night. If we return to Santa Fe de Antioquia, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spot. Very nice staff and a delicious breakfast included. But no hot water and the air con in our room was leaking water badly. To their credit they moved us immediately. All in all it is a very nice and historic spot.

El hotel muy bien ubicado, preciosas las instalaciones (coloniales), muy rico el desayuno, la habitación cómoda, pero se sentía el sonido de la música y las conversaciones de las personas que estaban en el lobby. El servicio muy bueno.
