"Great stay here at Alfagar Village. The property was vast - many pools, restaurants and activities for kids/adults. The beach is a bit of a walk away but very convenient to have on the property. The rooms have been updated and were clean. Staff was always accomadating - thanks for Theo and Goncales for all their help with everything! Location was great for travelling to other locations as well and there was ample parking available."

"There was 14 pools but not one was heated so my grandson would not go in swimming. The hotel is well suited for families and catered nicely to children, but a little too touristy for my taste."

"Second time there. Territory is great and apartments a spacious. Stuff is very helpful. Overall our experience is 5*, but this time it was a unit with a bathroom for people with disabilities or seniors, not sure. It was a shower only and no normal borders, just a curtain. So all water was on the floor. We didn't change the unit, because it was close to the entrance and has a nice balcony. And instead of queen bed there were two tween beds, so there was a gap between which isn't ok for a us."

"Overall, I had a good stay at Aqua Pedra dos Bicos. The hotel was comfortable, the location worked well for our trip, and the staff I interacted with were generally friendly and professional. The main issue that affected my experience was being contacted twice regarding noise complaints from my room. I fully understood and accepted the first complaint, as we had been on the louder side that evening, apologized, and made a point to keep the noise down afterward. The second complaint was more...

"I have stayed here ten or more times in the past and all was again very good."

"Amazing! Kid paradise, highly recommend"

"The room was spacious. The beds comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well equipped allowing for simple meal preparation. Overall the hotel presents as well maintained. The pool, in particular, is regularly checked and cleaned. Dinner for two in the main restaurant was very good and decently priced. Parking is at street side. A 30 minute walk to the nearest beach and old town. Would fully recommend."

"Todo muy bien."

"Superb stay in the very relaxing spa-style Masana resort. Beautiful setting with access to clifftop walks and a small natural beach. Apartment super-modern having been refit last year. If your lucky, you might also get to meet Hindi the Harris hawk!"

"A beautiful hotel with incredible views from the terrace. Amazing, friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was wonderful. My partner and I both agreed that the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. The only negative was that the room heating/ air con didn't work and being the end of October, the evenings were chilly and we were cold."

"Excellent breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained."

"This was the second time we stayed at the property and enjoyed it immensely both times. The pool was great, and the food wonderful. Our room was great as well, with a nice view of the pool area and partial view of the ocean. We would definitely go back."

"Amazing breakfast. One of the best I in a very long time"
