"We stayed at the premier rooms, which where amazing rooms with high ceilings and luxurious finishes. The staff at the premier was exceptional. Our concierge Glenny tookcare of all our requests and all the employees where very nice. I left my phone on the beach and it was returned to me immediately. We loved our stay so much we cancel our other reservations in punta Cana to stay one more night unfortunately all the premier rooms where taken so we got slightly downgraded to the elites. Glenny had a last minute cancellation and we ended up back in the same premier room , this place is the best resort I have been too and I will be coming back. "

"The property resides right on the beach. I’ll give you the pros and the cons to make it easier. Pros: On the beach, food is free for all inclusive plenty of options Available pools offer nice relaxing time for smaller children. Plenty of activities Plenty of alcohol Friendly staff Meet new people Beautiful people Hair designing, salon, spa session, Water park, fast slides Bell boys help with bags Members get shuttle access throughout resort Tennis courts Baby sitting but for cost Bars Cons: -A lot aggressive solicitors The room was cleaned twice with no towels in a five day period. Towels were done by pool side Food was burnt half of the time (if your not picky you’ll be fine) Don’t eat salad bar you’ll get sick. Birds and flies everywhere inside buffet. If you get there early you shouldn’t have a problem with this though. Toilet clogged constantly. Beds were hard. Rooms were small Tv did not work on both ends Limited food options. Usually pizza, or frozen meat equivalent to tv dinner meals or military rations. Opportunities : -Make beach excursions at hotel. They have the space. (Boats, diving, swimming) -Have more imports of soda brands for tourist. -Offer larger rooms for families."

"This property was beautiful and very relaxing. It overall we had a good time. We did however have a few issues that put a dark cloud in n a few things. "

"Stayed at Bahia Principle- Bourganville April-16-23. Went with my wife, the resort is adults only. We had an excellent time, room was clean a little dated, AC worked well. toilet was acting up, it wasnt a big deal, bed was firm, we were in building 54..1st floor. no view, but we were never in the room. It was a central loction halway between the quiet pool and the fun pool and right next to the buffet resturant. Quiet pool was nice, and the resort crew at the pool were excellent led by Marceleys, she was great. They played games, and led activities like water aerobics. swim up bars in both pools was key, or wait for the waitress (Naraleis) was ours. We did swim over also, frozen margaritas, pina coladas..and mohito's were popular. I tipped them to keep them coming back, they were nice and went the extra mile to make you happy. The food makes my overall rating to dip to 4.5 star Disappointed with Rodizo steakhouse, staff was fine but steak wasnt cooked correctly, rice was served cold..not even warm, cold, anyway, Italian resturant was un-impressive also. French resturant Don Pablo (ronny fernando)was good , the beef tenderloin was soft and cooked correctly. The buffet in our opinion was the best place to eat. Dinner had something good for everyone, fish, roast beef, roasted Pig, ham, chicken, pasta bar, fruits, fresh..veggies..taco night , Paella, very good. Temps went as high as 90, and as low as 70, rained a couple nights no big deal. Sun was always out in Am. would go back"

"I enjoyed everything the staff EXCELLENTE , so give them a raise. The room I stayed in was a bit dated. The bathroom wall was not properly sanded down It could use updating to more modern bathroom. I.e. bathroom mirror with the lights behind it so you can see better."
