The hotel was really nice, quiet and clean. Not too many people during the week which allowed for a quiet and restful stay. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. They were able to coordinate transportation and excursions which was extremely helpful.

Hotel has a gym and pool, both very nice. Although the entrance to the property needs a facelift. Add more flowers, plants, the name of the hotel is not posted. An old boat by the gates I would suggest get an artist to create an interesting monument. Hotel lobby is clean, lobby furniture clean, only one restaurant tables and chairs neat and clean.

The Punta cana airport is one hour away from La Romana. We took a cruise out of La Romana . The Hilton Garden Inn La Romana is beautiful but the staff is extremely slow. The buffet breakfast is just so-so. Food and drinks are expensive if you aren’t doing the all-inclusive.

Nice room, clean spacious. Beautiful ocean view rooms. Staff needs help and training. Restaurant service is slow and food servicable. Staff does not taken ownership of their responsibilities and the little things go unattended to. Close to the cruise. Be aware of the taxes 10%, plus 18% VAT tax.

This is the best option by far to stay in La Romana outside Casa de Campo. It is quiet and comfortable, great rooms, the pool is very big and pretty. It was beyond our expectations.

This is definitely a Hilton. Spectacular location. I was not impressed with some of the food. Did not expect that from a Hilton. We had a group of 10 and 3 people had to send back there meal. We were comped without arguing. I invited the other 9 and it was embarrassing. Other than than we had had a wonderful stay.
