"Let me start with the positive: Room was clean. Check in and check out were quick and smooth. All else was very poor. Room service was terrible. My request for Room service was ignored and when I called for follow up, I was kept waiting for hours until I gave up. There was not enough soap or shampoo. We ran out after a single use and spent the rest of our stay without. The internet was barely available. I missed to complete my planned work due to non functional WiFi."
