Room was good except for some spiders in the bathroom. Outside on our patio neighbors left their dirty dishes, we complained and 90% was cleaned. They accidentally put a$345 hold on our credit card after we already paid expedia. I complained we were going to use that for dinner and breakfast. They gave us lounge access for snacks not dinner but did give us breakfast, they better not charge us for their error. Pool and hot tub were nice, most of staff polite and helpful. Eileen in the lounge was the best!

Beautiful hotel! Everything was so clean, the room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff as well. Easy walk to Levi’s Stadium and good variety of dining in and around the area. The ONLY thing we weren’t fond of was the barn style bathroom door. It did not close enough to provide total privacy, it just slides over the doorway and it’s close to the beds so we could hear everything that was going on in there lol. That being said, we will be back next year for sure!
