The front desk is unsupervised. You need to use a weird machine to check in via a zoom and the Indian guy who handled my remote check in had a strong Indian accent. It is honestly a bit hard to communicate. The lobby is not 24-hour and you need to call a number if you want to check in late or check out early. This is honestly the strangest check in process I have ever had, though it somehow makes sense given it is in the valley. The room was clean and capacious for the price. Though the amenities in the washroom are a bit worn-out. The toilet even is a bit wobbly. Many big tech companies are within 15 minutes of drive. There are some parking spots, including EV spots. The grilled chicken restaurant next door is pretty good.

Not the fanciest rooms, but very clean and comfortable. Very satisfied with my stay (1night). Perfect for my needs: reasonable price, comfortable room and convenient location. Staff was very friendly and helpful! This was my second stay at Wafer 450 hotel. This is now my go to hotel when visiting in Santa Clara.
