I’m happy we stayed here. The room was clean and comfortable, great home base after a long day of exploring. Ghirardelli is right next door, which was great!
The property is beautiful and has so much history. We were there on their 150 anniversary. Service was exceptional.
Concierge Malia was able to help with a last minute special request to make our stay extra special. We had a great stay and will recommend to our friends.
Every hotel employee that we interacted with was polite and friendly. Check-in and valet parking were seamless as was check out. Truly a lovely stay in an elegant hotel.
