A little gem. We are very pleased with our stay at Hotel Caza at Fisherman’s Wharf. The staff, from he front desk to housekeeper, were extremely friendly. The gym had nice equipment, pool was nice and they had water filling machines throughout the hotel. This hotel has a bar for adults and plenty of games for all. The hotel is across from Canery Row, and is walking distance to Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39 and many many restaurants. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Person from the front desk knocked, then before I could open the door, he unlocked it and entered our room while we were in there. That really bothered me and made me uncomfortable for the rest of my stay

The room was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location. front desk are friendly and helpful. My only complaints are: 1) the hotel has a cloying and nauseating scent that is pumped into the foyer. 2) we had vip benefits and a supposed upgrade but the room was basic and they placed us in a first floor room. We mentioned we were nervous about noise which they told us should be no problem. However, the hallways were noisy and of course most days had a garbage truck at 6-7am. Lastly, their food to go area indicates regulate drip coffee and tea as complimentary and I had a tea, no problem the first night. The next night, different bartender /clerk who was not too friendly to begin with then tried to charge me $2 for a 3/4 cup of hot water and tea bag. She said the complimentary tea was only in the morning despite this not being indicated anywhere and despite my tea being complimentary the previous night. Definitely left me with a less than positive impression on the hotel.

Hotel was very well situated to restaurants and Fisherman’s Wharf. Was clean and tidy and staff were very helpful. We were disappointed that the room did not have a fridge and told them and they produced one in 15 minutes! The only thing we would have liked was proper cups in the rooms and not cardboard/ paper cups. Excellent place to stay and good value for money.

Great location at Fisherman’s Wharf. Can easily walk to great restaurants. Caught the tour to Alcatraz and the Big Bus hop on hop off tour nearby. Would be great for families. Had the free bike rentals but we didn’t have time to use them.

Absolutely love the accommodations and the hotel! Amazing staff! The only problem i have is the extra costs when you show up to check in. It cost us an extra $100 a night that are not included and are in the fine print for taxs and parking.
