"Location was great. Shower made a huge mess after using it because it only had half the glass barrier and definitely needed to be bigger or it needed additional glass barrier. Air conditioning was poor in room and very humid. Bed was uncomfortable and the cleaning staff slammed doors early in the morning when cleaning. Over all we were really disappointed"
"What I didn’t like was the room was awfully small. The restroom was awfully small as well. Didn’t like the way the shower was made to where you had water on the outside of the shower. Not a lot of counter space either in the bathroom what I did like was that it was in the center to where everything was walkable."

"Wish there was a bit more storage or shelves in the room. Great for a one night stay but anymore than that and a dresser/closet or bench would have been appreciated. The property is adorable, it’s our second day and we will definitely come back."

We were supposedly "upgraded" from our original reservation, but if the upgrade was simply a courtyard view instead of the parking lot, it certainly didn't feel like the stated "$200 extra" per-night value.
The daily resort fee was also frustrating, especially since it didn't appear to...
