"The free breakfast was terrible if there was enough . Twice we arrived in the last 30 minutes and most food was gone. Honestly it was not very good to begin with. The free bikes were in terrible shape. Brakes were broken changes rubbed and couldn’t get seats adjusted. Pool was excellent and clean , room was nice. Staff members rated from poor to excellent depending on the member."

"The property was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach promenade, many restaurants and State Street, the commercial strip. It had a motel feel with breakfast included, an outdoor pool and a hot tub. The staff was efficient and very helpful. The bonus is the bicycles they have available for personal use. It has a pleasant family vibe."

"The location is excellent. The place is cute and very clean. Check in was simple. The place itself has some minor design choices that could be improved: no windows that open. No table for toiletries in the bathroom. No towel bars within reach of the shower. Confusing and unlabeled shower temperature control. TV remote not near TV."

"We had a pleasant stay, but there are some things from a woman's point of view to be aware of if you decide to stay here. What little light they do have in the room is very dim. The vanity lights aren't good at all and the vanity itself is very small. So if you're on a girl's trip, just be aware that you should bring your own mirror with a light, you won't have much space to get ready and there aren't any other outlets next to the other mirror. "

"Polished & Constructive The property has a lot of charm, and I’ve enjoyed staying here in the past—particularly in the suite—but this recent visit was disappointing. The bungalow rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. The bathroom, in particular, was difficult to use (the shower setup felt cramped and outdated), and the room had a noticeable musty smell. Another major issue is the noise—walls are extremely thin, making it easy to hear everything from neighboring rooms unless you’re in a more secluded (and pricier) unit. Service was also underwhelming. The front desk staff came across as somewhat disengaged and not especially solution-oriented. For example, when the property’s ice machine broke, the response was more dismissive than helpful, and basic alternatives weren’t proactively offered. I really loved my stay back in 2021, but this time around, the experience didn’t justify the price. Without some meaningful updates and improvements, I’d be hesitant to return."
