"Dirty room , bathroom wasn’t clean. The building felt old"

"Very nice comfortable unit, in great central location. We had a problem with keypad after returning in the evening, but a text and call quickly remedied the problem. Evidently internet had crashed and none of keypads worked. Plentiful underground parking a real plus in this neighborhood."

"Casa Jardín is a great place to stay at. The units are clean, comfortable, centrally located, has convenient parking, and it has everything you need to make it a “Home away from home.” The hosts are FANTASTIC! They are easy to communicate with, and they go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this place."

"The staff is amazing! From Nyah at the front desk to the manager, Nicole, everyone was super kind and authentic. The hotel is very clean and even smells good. You need to use valet for parking on premises. The rooms are small, but efficient and cozy. The small outdoor patio is a nice extension to the room. And, it only a short 5-min walk to the beach and restaurants!!!"

"It is very bizarre to have the Palmoro House building so far away yet associated with the Mar Monte Hotel. Room was great and fine, just very odd to have the association between the two hotels. If you don't mind the distance from the check in building then this will work for you. The parking lot for Palmoro is incredibly hard to navigate when there are many SUVs in it. It seems like one row of parking should be eliminated, as we watched a few close calls from our balcony. Otherwise we did enjoy...

"We showed up to the hotel and when we got to our room, we practically tripped on the bed. The room was so small. Also, the window was painted white so you didn't have to look out at the busy street. We decided not to stay and rather drive home that night instead. We had paid $475 in advance through Expedia. For that amount, we would have expected more. They didn't even provide a complimentary breakfast or parking. Fortunately, the hotel manager was very understanding, and he refunded the room...
