"First off, the spa has limited hours and was closed the first day I was there; in addition, you have to pay about as much to use the spa as you do to to stay in the hotel. "Sylvia (who speaks English) and her staff were very pleasant and helpful. As it was hot in Oaxaca at the time of my visit, Sylvia provided me two fans to keep cool at night. I'm not an early morning eater, so I didn't try their breakfast but I had use of a shared refrigerator, kitchen area and their cold, filtered water dispenser. The room I had was spartan but clean. The hotel is in walking distance of Centro (10 minutes?). I would definitely stay there again. "
