The hotel was very local to amenities, hotel staff and management especially were amazing always a ready to help and assist any needs, as well as being very friendly. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great, was very happy with the hospitality and service. Will consider to stay again if in the area

Dış kapımızda anahtar yoktu istedik getirdiler Işıklar hiç yanmıyor ve yapamadılar Banyo kapısı kapanmıyor yapamadılar Tv çalışmıyor yapamadılar İnternet yok, tavanda böcekler Pazar sabah 7:30 tam odamızın önünde 55 kişiyi ağırladılar. Odamızın kapısı yemek yenen alana açılıyor. Kahvaltı çok yetersiz. Çalışan arkadaşlar yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor ama maalesef işletme çok yetersiz.

Girişten çıkış anina kadar profesyonel olmayan bir hizmet vardı.Eğer parayı peşin vermeseydik kesinlikle daha pahalı başka bir otele giderdim.Odalar kesinlikle fotoğraftaki gibi değil.Verilen odanın ısiklandirma yetersiz,nemli,tv çalışmadı.klima çalışmiyor.Oda soğuk ve rutubetli.Eski püskü bir oda.Buzdolabi,eşya dolabı vestiyer yok.Kahvaltıda çeşit vardı fakat hijyen yoktu.Tabaklar ve bardaklar kirliydi.Personel sayısı yetersiz.Tek avantajı çarsıya ve balıklıgöle yakın olması.Kesinlikle bir daha taş otel tercih etmem.

Esperienza eccellente per la struttura e per l'accoglienza del personale, in una posizione centrale a Urfa, con camere confortevoli e pulite, e spazi ampi per godere appieno del soggiorno.
