Excellent location with lake access, extensive buffet breakfast and wellness amenities. We stayed in a non-lake view room that was small but spent most of our time on the terrace anyways. Great for first timers, families, and large groups. The hotel was expansive though the decor could use an update. Amazing stay and value overall.

This is a top hotel for the town and very nice. We stayed here for the pool and waterfront but only ended up going in the lake which was beautiful. We loved how there was a bar and lounge chairs, although I wish they had service so we didn’t have to go to the bar ourselves. The buffet breakfast stood out as 10/10. The location is great and the staff were helpful. The only bad thing was the decor was a little weird.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. We had two rooms with a lake view (a must if you want to stay there). THe place is super clean, with high-end furnishings. The food is wonderful. Both breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Will definitely stay longer next time. Also, the massage is a must!

AMAZING! Beautiful lake views and pool. Dining was so much fun with really great options. Swam in the lake every morning. Stunning views updated lovely room. A truly special experience. I highly recommend and wish I could stay again. Wonderful 10 out of 10

The place and location was lovely! The staff was super nice and the breakfast buffet was just amazing. The direct view and access to Wolfgangsee was to die for. The 24x7 open beach area was the highlight of the hotel. Not to forget the live events that kept us entertained. Our room didn’t exactly have the lake view but the city view was pretty as well. The location of the hotel is all in all perfect, the city center is 5mins by walk, some of the amazing hotels and bike rental places are also at a walking distance.

So this was supposed to be a high end hotel, but it was “ok”. Had AC ( ours didn’t work for two days but then we told them and they upgraded us for the inconvenience). Had coffee maker in room, the area was really nice for shopping, the views were great- the only downfall is that Everything shuts down at 5 pm there including the restaurants- so plan ahead! I would stay here again - make sure you book a higher end room though to enjoy the whole views.

This is the nicest and most luxurious resort I've ever stayed in. We had a gorgeous, lake-view room on the 14th floor which, blissfully, was air conditioned. The staff was super nice and efficient and the breakfast buffet sumptuous. A wonderful experience!

We got a lake view room with a balcony and it was gorgeous. We used our patio lots and loved the view. The AC worked great, the staff was helpful, and the swimming dock was great! One thing to note is that there isn’t parking onsite, but they will shuttle you over to your car in the place they have set up for guests to park (over near the train station).

Great hotel in a beautiful scenic

Amazing, wonderful and out of this world is what I would say. Not only the location is gem but the hospitality from the staff is heart warming. Me and my wife stayed for just 2 days but it was one of the best experiences that we can get. The breakfast was with multiple options and was of top quality. Do stay at this place if you want a good time.

Positiv: Wir waren vom Frühstück begeistert und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Negativ: Katastrophale Parksituation – absolut nicht barrierefrei. Wer auf einen Parkplatz am Hotel angewiesen ist, wird hier enttäuscht. Wir mussten knapp einen Kilometer weit weg parken (der Parkplatz wurde uns zugewiesen durch das Personal) und den Weg zu Fuß zurücklegen. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass auf gesundheitliche Belange oder Mobilitätseinschränkungen überhaupt keine Rücksicht genommen wird. Für Gehbehinderte oder ältere Menschen absolut ungeeignet.

Très bon séjour

Bel endroit, dans une région fantastique. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner se terminant à midi, c'est un vrai plus dans l'organisation. Beau batiment, piscine, et personnel de qualité. Seul moins négatif : pas de parking sur place : selon la saison, il faut marcher, parfois 10/15 minutes.
