"Great experience. Very accommodating breakfast options even if you have dietary restrictions. With the small kitchen, we were able to cook a few simple meals as well. We lost my daughters sunglasses and they went above and beyond to find them plus make her a little goody basket with an adorable note. Clean hotel, great staff, great location just a few minutes from the beach and right next to a Publix."

"The staff are wonderful, very attentive and pleasant attitudes. The room was well appointed with very nice linens, comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed the pool area and the bars. The price was, in my opinion, excessive. The food was just ok, definitely not worth the price. The drinks were very small and pricey as well."

"The ad for this place mentions FREE things such as wifi, coffee maker, hair-dryer, and several other such items. When we checked in, there was an extra fee of about $25.00 day for "incidentals." When I asked what that was for, I was told it was for things like wifi, hair-dryer, coffee maker etc. I say, they are misleading to be polite, more like lying so that they can show a lower price per room, until you get there. So be prepared to pay up, when you sign in. While the hotel is on the beach, it is a long walk from the rooms to the actual beach. Their swim pool was nice, clean and not at all crowded. Expedia put a $50 charge on my card, for some unknown reason, but I was told it would be refunded. I sure hope so."

"We had an amazing trip! Our room was perfect for your adults and we loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and pool! The kitchenette was useful as was the washer and dryer! The deep tub was heaven! We’ve traveled to so many places and this is the cleanest beach resort we’ve ever been to! We enjoyed the complimentary margs and cheese and crackers. Lunch at Bongos was really great! Try the Mahi tacos and don’t skip the pizza! Our dinner at Rae’s Italian was also a highlight! We all enjoyed the paddle boards and the folks helping on the beach were great! The morning breakfast was incredible! Seriously-the omelette bar was lovely and my daughter loved all the pastries! The servers were all top notch and took care of anything we could think of! The location was close to town on the island and we took the trolley to the grocery store which was cheap and convenient. I’d recommend Pink Shell to folks of all ages! Fort Myers is gorgeous and you can’t go wrong staying at this lovely resort! I also eant to note that the package with flights and accommodations for the four of us was a really great value!"

"One of the cleanest and most well groomed landscaping grounds you can find. Room are new (post hurricane) and well thought out. The beach is wonderful with lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for your relaxation. Staff bend over backwards to meet your every whim and sre very friendly. The tiki hut lunches are a great break as well as a nice large pool. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want convenient locale on Sanibel to all your f the popular spots around."
