"The music vibe is outstanding! Love that good music is playing all day long in the hallways. Jag is like a way better Hard Rock Hotel. In particular, Frank from Zimmy’s in house restaurant is amazing at customer service. Made us feel special. Can’t wait to visit Jag again!"

"The bed was comfortable. My room was on the back of the building which shielded me from the traffic noise on the front of hotel. The hallway carpet was torn in a couple of places but it was clean. I always stay here when I’m in town. Love that East Side Marios restaurant is in the hotel. Very convenient ..."
