"There is no double glazing so bedrooms can be noisy at night if you are not used to traffic"

"Such a nice place to stay, room was clean with everthing you need. 1 issue was there was a party happening and we could hear the music from our room. Horrible bass noise that didnt stop till 11pm. Told the front desk they couldnt do anything about it and said they would send up earplugs (we got cotton balls and q tips) not very helpful. So our relaxing night away was kinda ruined. If we were informed that this was happening when we check in I would have canceled the room and went somewhere...

"It was a great accommodation with excellent views."

"Comfortable and clean accommodation. Staff were extremely helpful. Easy parking and good access to transport into Melbourne."

"The apartment itself was clean, conveniently located and good value. Unfortunately, the management experience was dreadful. Before arrival, we were bombarded with emails about rules, deposits and payments: $X for this deposit, $X parking fee and $X for that deposit, top of the booking. Yet my request for a high-floor room with a nice view received virtually no response. I proactively arranged parking, even providing vehicle details in advance. Despite this, the car wouldn’t fit. On arrival, we...

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. My room was on one of the upper floors, so I didn’t experience any noise from the pub downstairs. The bed was also very comfortable. During my entire four-night stay, I didn’t see a single member of the hotel staff. If personal contact with staff is important to you, this might not be the right place for you. Apart from that, the location is great. You can easily get to the CBD, and many attractions are within walking...

"Great location especially with the kids as the shopping centre across the road has lots of fun activities for them to do. The kids enjoyed the pool and the easy access of the tram line was great for adventuring. Having the parking option to was great."

"Clean , great price, convenient to my needs as l was volunteering at an event at Seaworks"

"Close to everything"

"Overall was a good place to stay. Towels when we arrived was hanging outside and didn’t appear to be clean. Stains on the carpet, bed head damaged and very dusty which had questions on how well the place is cleaned. Lots of dirty marks on the walls which again has questions on cleaning of the room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would stay again. Just bit more detail of the cleaning. Also there was was empty cans and bottles on the balcony with cigarette bits in them"

"Exceptional hotel, enjoyed my stay immensely. Will stay there again and again and again!"

"A hidden gem tucked away in an unexpected corner of South Melbourne. From the moment you enter the lobby, you’re transported into an elegant, thoughtfully designed retreat from the bustle of the city. Our room was spacious and beautifully considered, with luxurious amenities that made the stay feel special. We particularly looked forward to the pool, sauna and steam room, but sadly these spaces didn’t reflect the care evident elsewhere. The sauna floor was covered in hair, the steam room had...

"Clean and good location. Very helpful staff"

"可愛らしい部屋。親切なスタッフ。シティへのアクセス良好。"

"Great location close to city. Great view from room. Excellent facilities"
