"Found blood on the bed protector. Shower head is low, I had to bend down, I'm 5'6, water pressure sucked. And how does soap not lather? No conditioner and two TINY bottles of shampoo. Not enough towels for more than 2 people. Beds were super comfortable. Preloaded hulu/Netflix was nice, but need your own account to sign in. Pool/hot tub was good but large group of people were drinking and bandaids on the floor. Wasn't told the hours of breakfast or where to go (it's at the attached restaurant) I didn't check it out. It ends at 930a. Front desk staff seemed bored and just stared. OK for a night, nothing great. Better than motel 6.."

"The room was clean and very big. The breakfast was good and so was the staff, very helpful. The problem I had was trying to get someone to check the thermostat in the room. It was so warm I couldn't get a good nights sleep, both nights. I like the motel, stayed there in the winter and that's why I came back to stay again. I have more trips coming up I'm debating on staying again or not. I have been doing cleaning.at my sisters house as she passed last Oct. I'm from Illinois came up.on a Friday and after working so hard during the day a good nights sleep is what I needed. On Sat.we worked late again getting back to the motel showered and ready to call it a night. I called the front desk to tell him about the room, he didn't offer to check out the thermostat, only said he could change rooms. Its late I'm tired we are leaving the next day. That wasn't the answer , A fan would have been helpful but nothing. He mumbled something and said goodbye. It was nice and comfortable in the lobby . I usually don't complain but it was the way I was treated , like don't bother me."

"Older but well updated. Only issues were that there is no elevator, beds are very hard, and the ice machine is in the second floor. Staff were very friendly, our room was clean very clean, pool area well maintained, and breakfast was good."

"The water was cold. My kids were shivering the whole time. The website clearly says one hot tub is working, but it’s not. Both hot tubs were out, they kept saying they would get it working, but they never did. A lifeguard said that hot tub has been broken down for months, and the haven’t updated the website. The arcade also was not working the first night and it was super hot like a sauna in the arcade. The bar wouldn’t open until 4. The floors were dirty. "

"The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! "

"Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much."
