"Spent the weekend there on May 15/26. The pools are great and perfectly heated. Not overly crowded like the place nextdoor. The whole family had a great time. Only complaints were the beds in the poolside rooms. They were so firm it felt like wood. I don't remember them being that bad. Also unfortunately my daughter's car was broken into on the last night. We don't think they took anything but everything was gone through. I would park closer to the front of the lobby instead of the back sides of building. Definitely do not leave anything important in your cars."

"The place looked clean, and cozy. But needs some upgrade like Definitely need to replace the 2nd floor outside flooring as you could feel some soft spots when walking. The room was great clean and comfy. We got the room with the indoor hotspa and was great but also the floor in the hotspa was chipping as we could feel the pieces as walking. The room toileries definitely need some upgrade for the price of the room. Front staff were awesome, the morning cleaning staff could use some training on how to knock on doors instead of peaking thru the windows when checking to see if the people are still in the room. We didn't get to enjoy the outside pool as it was extremely windy, but did look like fun. Location and parking are easy to access."

"this place is amazing. stop and book a room now. been going to desert hot springs for 25 years and this was my first time at the Springs… and i wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! the rooms are clean decorated very well. kitchen room has everything you need. staff are phenomenal @ checking the give you a tour and assist you to your room. mineral pools are magical. courtyard is laid out for guest comfort and privacy. Saunas are therapeutic. I had a spa service and my goodness it felt magical. very professional and courteous. can’t wait to go back and try a sound bath."
