The room with the kitchenette was very spacious! Perfect for 4 people and we loved having the balcony. Next time we’ll have to get a poolside balcony! Staff were very friendly the entire stay. Loved the hot springs and pool, got a pina colada from the restaurant bar and brought it out. Very nice vibes all around!

Mineral Springs were excellently clean, refreshing and healing. Staff could of been a little friendlier but they were vert courteous. Facilities were excellent. Adam at Capri's Restaurant was an awesome waitor! Great time. Can't wait to go again soon!

Pools were great and fed with natural mineral spring water . Palm trees and grounds around th pools was lovely. Bed super comfortable. Room was quiet and clean. It is an older hotel and needs some renovation- hallways are dark, ice machine looked like it was falling apart, and the restaurant was a bit drab ( dinner was pretty good though). All in all it was a good stay and we would come again.

The nine hot pools are amazing. Different depths and temperatures was great! Room was spacious, but pillows and mattress pretty lumpy.
